Excellent Antique Art Deco Gold Gilt Wood & Floral Gesso Framed Wall Mirror
This is an excellent antique wall mirror in a wooden gold gilt frame with floral gesso accents and border all the way around. It looks like the gold was re-painted and there is only one tiny chip missing from the frame and one spot that was touched up. Otherwise, it is near-perfect. The mirror is also excellent, thick and heavy, crystal clear throughout, with only a few small black spots from age. The paper is intact on the back and there is a wire attached for wall hanging. The outer dimensions of the frame are 14 1/4" x 29 1/2" I will pack it very well, double box it, and insure it during shipping.

This Antique shelf mirror measures 12 inches tall the smaller shelf is 3 inches deep the bottom shelf is 5 inches deep. What I found when searching this is that it is from the 30's the wood most likely is mahogany the mirror is old so it is not real clear like mirrors today. Vintage antique art deco cobalt blue/gray Hollywood Regency Art Deco 30" x 18" This beautiful mirror is from the 20s or 30s and has trimmed in a gray/blue mirrored trim. The back of the mirror is made out of a Strong-wood and has a wire but it can be hung either horizontally or vertically. Your choice! Remember this is a vintage mirror and has some missing spots of silver. I tried to show in the pictures. There is only one real issue. And there is a slight chip on the top of the mirror which is not very noticeable. For its age. This mirror is quite nice, while not perfect it displays well and is quite lovely. Vintage Art Deco Etched Cobalt Blue And Glass Wall Mirror
This is a vintage Art Deco etched cobalt blue and glass wall mirror. Let me start by saying it's very difficult to photograph mirrors due to the reflection. So I used a large white piece of cardboard to block the reflections. But it also made all of the dark blue glass look like a lighter blue color. In some of the photos you will see the darker blue color that is common in Art Deco glass. This is the actual color, not the lighter blue. That being said. It measures 30" x 18" 76.2 cm x 45.7 cm) The two blue mirror sections are each 4 inches wide(10.2 cm) and the main glass section is 22 inches wide(55.9 cm) The mirror is 3/4 inches thick(1.9 cm) It dates 1945. It has a wonderful Hollywood Regency feel about it. It has its original clasps to attach the mirrors to a very secure partial wood back. It has its original hanging attachments ... moreon the back also. But as you can see in the photos, they were moved a little for the horizontal hanging. It has some issues. There is aging of the mirror with extensive silvering. Dotting and fogginess to the three mirror pieces. There is a very light 1 inch scratch on the upper right-hand corner clear glass portion of the mirror. The back of the mirror is stamped: WEAVER APR 1945 M. M. A. signifies Mirror Manufacturers Association) Oddly enough. This comes through on the front of the mirror. please see photos) Part of the label giving"mirror care" is on the back. Original NARCISSUS Brand ART DECO Wall Mirror 1920s* Lg 42"x17" * Wood & Gesso
Gorgeous vintage original NARCISSUS Brand ART DECO Wall Mirror circa early 1920s Framed in wood and gilded gesso. Gilded Rose motif. Some geometric designs, fanciful tiny flowers and leaves, French blue and Mahogany brown paint accents. The mirror has a spectacular etched Sunburst design in the top portion. All in all this in a lovely almost 100 years old Art Deco period mirror with few and minor flaws. Condition: A few tiny specks of silver mirror backing loss(see pics) but otherwise is in clear and non-wavy condition. The frame is really very good… shallow. Minor scrapes on some areas of the sides(from moving I venture) a small chip out of the gesso at lower left edge( about 1” by ½“ and a shallow ½” chip maybe 3” in from lower right edge. Small scuffs on frame typical of old items. A large wall mirror. It measures about 42" ... moretall by 17" wide(including finials) by about 1” deep. An estate sale find. I had this mirror hung in the foyer. a nice“greeting” for visitors and a delight when I came home. Suitable for other day rooms and. Of course, the boudoir. NOTE: In the second pic I used deep blue velvet opposite the mirror to show the Sunburst design. Also. The etched part of mirror is shown reflecting trees outside the window. Some areas show as reddish in the pics. In reality those areas are gold.

This auction is for a great old metal mirror. The frame is all metal. I am unsure of the age of this mirror. The metal work is very nice. The mirror measures 13 by 23 inches and the total piece is 17 by 34 inches. The mirror is quite heavy which leads me to believe it is old or very well made reproduction. It is in great shape. The mirror is perfect rectangle. I had to take the pictures angled due to the reflection. This is a nice sturdy heavy mirror. I would recommend a wall anchor when mounting on a wall.

Antique Gold Gilded Art Deco Triple-3-Wall Mantel Mirror-1924-Cleveland Glass Co
Very elegant mirror made by Cleveland Window Glass and Door Co. The mirror would have came with that real thin brown fiber paper on the back. These usually get stored in an attic or basement and that stuffs just falls of thru the years. I have got some of the brown packaging paper at wall mart and recovered these. I've learned with antiques. It's best to leave them like you find them. I bought this one and another triple mirror at an estate sale and you could tell both of them had been stored for many years. It is good and solid and well built. You have the normal patina here and there on the frame and on the mirror. There's no major places on the mirror. It's hard to get pics of the small places in the mirror itself but it's nothing out of the ordinary you would find on a mirror this age. In fact, I'd rate it much ... morebetter than most because there are none of the usual large patches or the places you often see around the edges where the backing of the mirror is coming off. If you look at the 2 mirrors on each side of the center one, you'll notice something very unusual for a mirror made at this time. The mirrors have the effect of being 4 small mirrors put together to form a large one but it's not, it's actually a beveled groove cut in the glass shaped like a"V" Very unusual to see this done in the 20's, I didn't know they had the tools to even make such cuts in glass then. I've bought a lot of mirrors and I've never seen one cut like those are. It gives the whole mirror an entirely different look. It's also one of those pieces that hung in any room commands attention when you walk in. It's not too flashy but you can't possibly overlook it either. It measures 41 1/2" long.it's 18" high in the center and 14 1/2" on each side of the ornate center top piece. Let me know if you have any questions. I apologize for the pictures but it's really hard to stay out of the pics and keep all your junk out as well with a mirror this size.LOL.hopefully you can look past that and see just how beautiful this mirror really is. A great example of the fine workmanship that used to exist in this country. The details are simple breath taking. This is one of those pieces that no matter what room you hang it in. It commands the center of attention when you walk in. It measure 4' long and 15 1/2" high at the highest point and 11" at the mirrors. I bought this at an estate sale and it still had just a little of that old paper backing they used. That stuff becomes so brittle thru the years, especially when these usually get stored somewhere in an attic and the heat just causes it to crumble. I just went ahead and removed the small amount ... morethat was still there, it was going to come off anyway. These are fairly simply to recover. The good part about the back being opened, you get to see that all 3 pieces are original with Central Glass still stamped on them. All 3 mirrors are beveled around all 4 sides. If you see spots or smudges in the pics, it's probably my window cleaning skills, the mirrors are in very good condition. Lovely Older Mission Style? Art Deco? Oak Frame Beveled Wall Mirror F/England
This auction is for an older Dark Oak Frame With A Beveled Edge Wall Mirror from England. This is a very pretty mirror. I am not quite sure if it's a"mission style" or an"art deco" style. It still works and with it's pretty and unique style adds interest and charm anywhere you hang it. It has a very unique shaped oak frame. The clarity is good for it's age and it does have blemishes(dark spots) on the silvering. This is an older mirror. More than likely 70 to 80 years old or older and for it's age& travels it's in good overall condition but it is not Perfect. Antique Art Deco Vertical Wall Mirror Silver Wood Frame With Scenic Canal Print This vertical mirror is in good antique condition. The wood frame is silver in color. And it features a lovely art deco design around all four sides with the pediment at the top of the mirror being even more intricate. Much of the silver paint is intact. And the wood itself does show some signs of wear from age, however it is in good sturdy condition with no major issues. The print at the top of the mirror features a romantic moonlit River Scene. The colors of the print are still very vibrant and eye catchy. There is some waviness to the print. The mirror does show some loss of silvering. Typical to mirrors of this type. The cardboard backing has yellowed from age. And has some minor waviness to the top section and a small slit. This does not affect the print ... moreor the mirror by the way. This backing would be easy to replace if so desired. On the back there is an attached metal chain for hanging the mirror on the wall. Overall. It's a very lovely mirror. Antique Large Art Deco Edgar Brandt ? Wall Mirror Large Wrouht Iron ca 1920's
Lovely Art Deco Wrought Iron Wall Mirror I believe. Although not signed, that this is by Edgar Brandt as it depicts his style. Frame measures: 33.75 top x 28.5 bottom x 25.5 to top of mirror This is one of several that I had picked up at antique liquidation sale. 2 others are already listed so be sure to check them out also. The mirror is crude which my husband thinks was because it was too thick. It is about 1/4" thick and very heavy. He believes they pressured what they could and then used pliers of some sort to snap around it which would explain the crudeness. There are blemishes/discoloration on the mirror as seen. Used white background so that you could tell a little better. The bar that runs across the back was re-welded on one end as shown by local welder. If winning bidder does not want the mirror.
