This wooden mirror frame diameter varies from 15-3/4"-15-7/8" in diameter and is about 1-3/32" ... morethick. The carvings have a mirror background, the center is about 10' diameter. The inner section of the mirror has a circle of 35 smaller, (about 1/2" diameter) convex mirrors. The mirror has some staining that may be on the inside as it does not clean off with window cleaner. These spots are visible in the pictures. It has a large brass hanger at the top, about 1-1/2" high and 2-7/8" across. The carvings depict seven different scenes, possibly telling historic a story. 3 Vintage wooden framed mirrors ~ circa 1920s
This auction is for three vintage wooden mirrors- 2 wall mirrors and 1 three-way hinged dresser mirror. I believe these are all from the 1920s-1930s period but may be older. The first is a cherry wall mirror. It measures 8 inches high by 7 inches wide. This is an interesting piece because someone took a piece of mirror that they sized to fit into the frame. The frame is cherry and the mirror is held in by small nails. The back of the frame is solid wood with a couple of hooks. The second mirror is a 3-way(3 mirrors) vintage dresser make-up mirror. It has 3 round six-inch mirrors which are inlaid in wood. Each wood section is 7 inches x 7 inches. The entire mirror is 21 inches long x 7 inches high. It has 2 feet on the bottom to stand it upright and has hinges on each mirrored section that you can adjust to whatever shape you want. I think ... morethe wood is oak stained cherry or else it may be cherry. It has normal wear and tear and is missing 2 screws. On the back of one of the wood section is a chip which is not visible when displayed. The third mirror is vintage oak wall mirror. The mirror measures 9 inches tall by 7 inches wide. This was handmade and there are screws in the back holding the mirror into place.

Excellent Shabby Antique Ivory Wooden Framed Beveled Hall Wall Mirror
This is an excellent charming antique wall mirror with a very old coat of ivory paint that has a crackle appearance because of its age. The frame is wooden and very sturdy and the glass is thick. Heavy, and beveled all the way around. There is some cloudiness and streakiness from age, but overall, the mirror looks very good. There are no chips or cracks. This is perfectly useable and hangable and has a look that is very versatile; use it as-is or add something to it(antique hat hooks perhaps) There are two screw eyes and a chain attached to the back for hanging, but I'm not sure if the chain is strong enough to hold up the mirror and would consider upgrading to a heavy wire. Measuring approx. 23 inches tall by just under 8 1/2 inches wide and 15/16 ths of an inch thick at side edge profile. These have had the original mercury backing removed from thick beveled glass and backed with modern plate mirror to fix bad or deteriorating mercury. The solid wooden frame was notched and shaped by hand and the mirror appears to have been placed in it relatively recently because it is free of any scratches or imperfections. Antique Gold Washed Wooden Hand Carved Framed Mirror
This intricately detailed antique wooden mirror was hand carved with great expertise. Each side is flanked by woven lattice columns measuring 16 inches in height and 1 1/4 inches wide. The top of the mirror has multiple matching squares each with a flower in the center. The surrounding top and bottom of the mirror are symmetrical borders measuring 1 1/2 inches and are embellished with identical floral designs. The frame is gold washed and in wonderful condition for it's age. The mirror measures 8 inches tall and 6 inches wide. But including the frame, the measurement is 14 inches tall by 9 1/2 inches wide. The mirror is deep set so you have two narrow shelves for utilizing display pieces. Made of solid hardwood with a plywood backing stapled on. There is a portion of the extended wood piece on the top right side that broke off toward the backing(shown in close up photo) It was originally hung by wire that connected to nails on either side however the wire is thin and no longer able to hold this heavy mirror securely therefore brackets will be needed for wall hanging. Gorgeous antique mirror with scalloped edges in a carved scroll wood frame in great vintage condition. This is a very thick and heavy mirror and does show some wear as you can see in the pics. But it is still in great condition to be 85 years old. Has a date on the back of Nov. 18,1929 and wire hanger on back. It is 23 1/4" tall and 11" wide. Please look at pics carefully to see the flaws in the mirror and feel free to ask questions. There are no cracks or chips. Only a few spots as you can see in pics. Measures 36.25" x 28.25" VERY heavy. Weighs 22.5 lbs. Has strong wire attached to the back and is ready to be hung. Gilded with gold paint. Beautiful. Hand-carved roses, leaves, and scrolls surround the mirror. This is an antique. Previously loved piece, so flaws do exist. Please view all photos; they are the best representation of the item's condition. NOTE* the spots around the edges of the glass(I'm not sure what they are from. But I see this often with antique mirrors- they seem to be underneath the mirror) Also note the chips around the wooden frame. Shabbylicious Antique Sectional Wooden Framed Wall Mirror with Decorative Trim(This mirror was originally sold and is now completely packaged for shipment however the shipping rates to the UK made it much too expensive therefore it is being relisted) This is a great 2nd chance for this lovely piece! In Gently Used Condition with minor flaws expected from the age of this piece! This gorgeous mirror is perfect for the Shabby Chic style! Made of wood with three mirrors separated by decorative wood trim and wood embellishments on top with a groove on the bottom. There is some chippy paint and scuffs. The mirror edges are smooth and form a beautiful feminine shape. The mirrors are secure however the smaller left side mirror could use better adhesion to the wood to prevent future damage. I believe it is called tongue and groove when the wood is ... morejoined securely and built well. Which this frame has. The mirrors have a thick plyboard back covering with solid wood framing firmly attached altogether. The mirror itself has some silvering and aging which only adds to its character and charm! The backing is stamped however it is quite faded and difficult to read. Large eye hooks are securely attached with wire and wrapped rope for easy wall hanging. Although it is very strong you still may want to add your own additional wire for extra security. The eye hooks are VERY durable!
