Rare Vintage Keen Kutter Oak& Etched Glass Display Case-Antique Knife-Mirror Fantastic Keen Kutter display case with etched glass front. This etched glass is an anomaly. I have done my research. And can’t find anything that refers to Keen Kutter using the“Kutlery” spelling. I am no expert and maybe someone else has some information on this case. The wood case has minor wear and tear like scuffs and scratches, but looks pretty good for its age, and is strong and intact. It has two sliding wood doors that have mirrored sides inside the case. The doors work and slide well. The case is velvet covered on the inside, and is formed to the contours of the display sections. The velvet is worn away in areas, and stained in sections. There are two wooden drawers that slide in underneath. They are sectioned and have great pull knobs. The top glass ... moreis missing, and the two side glass pieces are broken. Despite this, the case is very strong and stable. I believe the case will travel very well. It appears that the glass could be replaced easily, and has previously been held in with wood strips. This piece is from England and is a very nice piece. The wooden frame is in good condtion with no breaks or repairs and just normal surface wear for a piece this age. The frame is good and tight and sturdy and there is a wooden back on the mirror as well. It is octagonal in shape. The mirror itself is beveled. The mirror is not perfect. It does have a fair amount of black speckling to it where the silvering is slightly damaged. So the mirror itself is definately not in mint condition but is in ok condition for it's age. If you are looking for a perfect mirror this one will not work. However. I do think this mirror is still very nice and you really can't notice the issued with ... morethe mirror unless you are looking at it from close up. The mirror is still quite nice and you really don't notice the issues with the mirror from a distance. The piece measures about 23" by 21" The back of the mirror is also covered in wood. Unique Diagonal Vintage Dark Oak Hall Tree: Mirror & Coat/Hat Hooks -1900-1940's
This item is a wonderful Vintage(Antique) Mirror and Coat-hat Hanger combination. It is made from quartersawn oak. The frame is in excellent condition structurally. It has two double hooks on opposite sides. The mirror is intended to hang in a triangular fashion. There are two hanging wires on the back. One is a small wire hook located at the top. The other is a heavier gauge wire located on opposite sides to again hang in a triangular fashion. Please see pics. The back of the wood frame has multiple holes in the corners, my guess is they are from different times it has been hung. The front of the piece is in excellent condition, the wood has been stained, but it is done well. The two hooks are beautifully detailed and well preserved. There is no rust or disintegration of the metal. The mirror is showing its age. The corners/edges have some ... moredamage to the silver. Additionally there are brushstrokes that can be seen in the mirror from when the silver was originally applied. The mirror is beveled about 1 inch from its edge. The mirror is a bit loose inside the frame. When moved the mirror shifts within the frame about a half an inch. Once it is hung this is not an issue. However, this would be easy to stabilize by using a small wedge inserted in the side of the mirror. I am referring to this mirror as a vintage piece, it may well be much older but I do not claim to know the age. The mirror frame measures 20 inches square at its widest point. The hooks are about 4 inches in length and are out from the frame a little less than 3 inches. This beautiful Mirror- Hanger combo weighs approximately 6 lbs. 8 oz. There is a company that re-silvers mirrors to look like old mercury glass if you wanted to restore it. But why not go buy a new mirror if you want perfect? Vintage antique mirror early 1940s or before. Belonged to my grandmother. Who died young at age 56 from leukemia. Was given to my dad, then to me when he died. Oak frame with rosette on center top. Beveled glass mirror set in from frame about 1/4-inch. Frame edges are slightly rounded rather than“flat” and sharp. I call it bull-nosed similar to kitchen counter tops and drywall corners. Width=22 inches, height=16-1/4 inches, depth of frame is 5/8-inch. Weight=6 lbs. The craftsmanship is a work of art from the heart. Original hanging wire on back. Not refurbished. Here is a nice and beautiful OLD VINTAGE ANTIQUE PRIMITIVE BEVELED MIRROR DARK OAK HEAVY WOOD WOODEN FRAME. The wooden frame has a nice dark penny patina and measures 31" X 21 1/4" and 1 7/8" deep. It has a swivel metal on both sides. In great vintage condition with minor chips. Dings, and scratches throughout the frame and back due to its age and use over the years. Great country primitive wooden mirror to use and display. Thank you!

For your consideration is this very nice quality quartersawn oak mirror with original hooks and beveled glass mirror. The circa 1900's mirror is in very good condition with only slight spotting in areas of the silvered back. The frame measures 19 1/4" tall x 29 3/8" wide x 3" deep.overall the piece is 33 1/2" including the hooks. The hardwood frame retains much of its old varnished surface and shows very well. The glass and cast iron hooks are free of any cracks. Breaks or repairs. The piece is estate fresh and in very nice" as found" condition. The shipping calculator is close. vintage folding triple oak and leather mirror w/beveled glass
For auction: Two panels of a triple panel vintage oak. Embossed leather( and beveled glass mirror. Never refinished. For best description, see photos. Heavy beveled glass, no cracks or chips, but needs to be re-silvered. Wooden components and German silver knobs and hinges in good condition. One side of the embossed leather is in pretty sad shape, but may clean up a bit. This will work as a stand-alone double mirror, or could be a good"parts" source if you have a similar one to re-furbish with original items. Kind of a neat old piece. Questions gladly answered. Please note that the Back Designed Pressed Covers on each Panel is still in very good condition. All of the Hardware is in excellent condition. The Oak Frames show no defects. The Mirrors are in very good condition with only minor age related wear to the Silver. I am sure you will be pleased. Vintage Antique Victorian Carved Oak Beveled Dressing Dresser Wall Mirror
This is an original antique mirror with beautifully carved oak frame and beveled glass. It looks like it was once used as a dresser mirror and has the metal brackets on the back to attach it to a harp. However. It also looks like it was hung as a wall mirror using the metal brackets. It currently has a piece of string tied between the brackets, and before hanging again, the string should be upgraded to a wire. The wood is in excellent condition with only minor light scuffs and tiny dings and the frame is sturdy and solid with tight corners. The finish is very good with some minor wear from age and use. There is an area along the bottom edge where the finish has flaked off. Shown close-up in the photos. The glass is beveled along the edge and is in good condition, but has some flaking, cloudiness, and spottiness to the silver from age. The ... moreoriginal back panel is intact with an old label from Oshkosh Furniture Company. The outer measurements of the mirror are 26 1/2" W x 28" H. It will be packed securely.
