The only issues are with the mirrors themselves- the mirrors have streaks and spots from age. nothing too terrible- I tried to get pictures but they wouldn't come out. the streaks are not that crazy and mostly on the right mirror. some light wear to the tops of the glass here and there. ANTIQUE VICTORIAN HORSESHOE FRAME - BEVELLED VANITY - DRESSER MIRROR c.1800s
This unusual horseshoe shaped mirror is intended for dresser or table use. It has two 3/4" brass ball feet and a hinged prop-arm stand to hold it upright. It has a 1 3/4" wide frame. I'm not sure of the wood. But it's tight-grained with the original finish& appears to be possibly cherry or mahogany. This mirror stands 12 1/4" tall and is 10 1/2" in width at its widest point. The frame is approximately 3/4" in thickness. The mirror has a 1" bevelled edge and its area measured to the frame rabbet is 7" W. x 8 1/2"H. The prop is 8" L& 1 1/2 W. The mirror shows some small areas of silver loss and the frame has some minor finish damage at the edges. But over-all, it is in very good antique condition. Antique Birdseye Maple Two Drawer Dresser/Vanity with Bevelled Mirror. The mirror is free swinging on a harp shape/style frame. The front edge of the top and the drawers are curved. There are legs with casters and the wheels are made of a dark wood common to this period. The casters could be removed for a bit of a different look. I am not sure of the age but believe it would be from the 20's or 30's. The dresser measures 33 1/2" wide. 25 1/2" high and 20" deep. The Mirror is 20" wide by 43" tall. Vintage Bevelled Glass Vanity Dresser Mirror Victorian Cast Brass
This is a handsome. Vintage, bevelled dresser or vanity mirror that belonged to my grandmother who died at the age of 90- decades ago. So it's pretty old- I don't know how old. It appears to be solid cast brass, looks Victorian, and is stamped with the number 301 1/2 on the back of the mirror's frame and 196 1/2 on the base. It's heavy. The overall height is 18" and comes apart in 3-4 sections. The actual mirror is approximately 6" x 8.5" not including its brass frame. The frame has two decorative screws on either side of the mirror that allow it to pivot. The mirror has a few specs where it has lost the silvering. This would be perfect for anyone living in a Victorian home, and especially if the man in the family shaves the old fashioned way. Vintage Stylebuilt 24K Gold Vanity Mirror Handheld Bow Tassel Rose Bevelled HWR
Stylebuilt New York Hand Mirror 24 karat gold plated. Bevelled glass. Rose on back, rope tassel and bow and swag designed handle. Still has sticker. In excellent condition with few blemishes. Look closely at the photos you will see a little bit of gold loss on the rose petals and on the tassel. At the top left edge of the mirror you can see a spot for the Gold is a little green and there's some yellowish stuff stuck to the mirror. I know I should have cleaned it but I didn't. Round part of the mirror is five and five eighths inches in diameter including frame. Handle adds a tad over 7 inches to make a total length of approximately 12 3/4" Weighs approx 1 1/4 lbs.
