Up for sale we have a most attractive Antique Shaving Dresser Mirror. This piece can be used on top of a dresser or any place in the home a beautiful Antique mirror would be appreciated. The mirror is in outstanding condition for a piece from the late 19th century. The base has bun feet and the sides have nicely hand turned finials. The mirror measures 22 tall by 21" wide at the base by 9 1/2" in depth. The mirror itself is 16" tall by 15" wide in its frame. It works beautifully and has its original mounts in excellant shape. It stands up straight and firm with no wobbling. There are three spots on the base that have veneer chips(see pictures) There are a couple of surface scratches on the back covering that can be easily touched up. We will have it done for the delivery. The mirror itself is also amazing for its age, ... moreas there is only one very fine scratch that we can find on it. Any other flaws are not seen and the piece is in fine shape with only normal wear for its antiquity. Antique Victorian standing shaving tri-fold travelling mirror
This is an old antique Victorian era celluloid over a chromolithograph print vanity dresser mirror from estate. This is selling AS IS due to its old age. See glass which can be replaced possibly. W hen open is 13" long x 7" High with feet. Closed measures 7x4.25. The front celluloid features a yellow rose and a bud. There is a 3/4" maroon stain in back celluloid which is overall off white.The celluloid is vibrant and in wonderful condition otherwise. The celluloid is in beautiful condition with vibrant colors. Antique Victorian Cast Iron Standing Vanity Shaving Mirror Roses Heart
Antique. Victorian cast iron standing, tilting mirror. This is NOT a repro. The mirror is old, and I believe the original. Heart and scallop accents in the middle, roses and flowers in the corners. Backside is the original panel of wood with chamfered edges. Writing on the back looks like a name and Southport Maine. Measures 17 1/2” x 9 1/2” x 4. Condition- intact with no breaks, repairs, or missing pieces. I have not cleaned it, just dusted it with a paintbrush. There is some dust int he crevices and some of the original paint is flaking. Mirror has some spotting on the back, and some peel lines in the silver back near the bottom edge. Very little rust- backside, under the foot and a light surface on top of foot. This is a gorgeous beveled etched anique mirror. It is a heavy piece. The hardware looks to be original to the piece. It is able to tilt. It is in very good condition. There are a couple of scratches on the back(photo) There is one middle of flower screw cover mising(photo) This mirror piece measures about 18" x 12" The total with frame meaures about 24" x 15" Thanks for looking. Antique 1890s-1920s Round Frame Free Standing Shaving Vanity 7" Beveled Mirror
Up for auction is an antique vintage turn of C antique round 9" mirror with a nickel platted rim decorated frame recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia PA area. The mirror has an approximate diameter of 7" There is discoloration to the mirror along with an interior crack. Please see the photos for details. Many losses to the original backing to include rust on the easel backing. Very decorative despite the losses and quite functional. Worthy of cleaning and hanging as is. Or for restoration.
