It has ... morebeen stored for many years and stored properly. There is no damage to any of these pieces. No dings. Dents, or deep scratches. There ar e tiny surface scratches that may polish out. I have not cleaned this set. Rather leaving it up to the buyer to clean it to their liking. Since this silver is very soft. Most sets are dinged and dented and this one is not all banged up. The mirror is 13 inches long and 4 inches wide. The brush is 10 inches long and 3 inches wide and still has the words Nylon an d USA showing between the brush bunches. This appears to not have been used or used very very little. The comb is 7 1/2 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide. The Covered dish is 3 inches in dia meter. There is no damage to either the glass dish or the silver cover. All pieces are in very good condition for the age. The soft silver is not all dented and dinged and that makes it even nicer. The makers marks are totally clear on both of the larger pie ces.

It is in absolutely fantastic 100% original condition. The mirror is period flat looking glass; there are four applied circular cut decorations at corners. The top apron has the same applied decoration and also two turned finials. The comb holder has gorgeous cut clover leaves. It is from upstate New York estate. In fantastic excellent condition. An Antique Shaving Mirror c.1880 Primitive Wall Box From Lancaster County. PA. Mustard Grain Paint DESCRIPTION Such a charming old shaving mirror. A wonderful Country Primitive with original mustard grain paint. We found this locally in Lancaster County. This is from the late 19th century. Circa 1880's or earlier. The upper portion has a lovely deep scalloped overhang all the way around the top and sides of the mirror frame. There is a little shelf under the mirror and a deep slant lid lift top box. The base repeats the deep scalloped shape along the bottom front and the sides of the box. Condition: Lapped and nailed construction. Made of pine, it shows good age with little nicks and scrapes to the surface. All very strong and stable. This vintage purse size hand mirror is 4 1/2" long and the mirror is 2 1/2" across. It is a silverplate with embossed scene on the back and fancy open worked handle. The mirror has a beveled edge. There is no damage. It is in excellent condition. Interesting this mirror is marked made in Holland and not Denmark. The comb holder is 5" It is very tarnished. This item is in excellent condition with no missing or broken parts. It is made from solid walnut and is put together with cut nails. There are beautiful hand craved designs on the sides and top of the mirror. The mirror does show minor wear due to age and it retains the original wooden back. What makes this item very useful. That the lid opens to a compartment for storing items and it also retains the original hinges. It has a beautiful rosette in the middle which was so typical of this era.
