Lovely Brass with Ornate Heavy Cast Metal Framed Wall Mirror. I have no idea of the age. Purchased at an Estate Sale. Measures overall 30" Tall x 20-1/2" Wide. Weighs 14 lbs. 8 oz. without any packaging material. Good Vintage/Antique Condition- Mirror appears clear but on Vintage mirrors. I am always afraid that I will miss something. The frame finish looks good with signs of age on the finish with some scratches, light patina, tiny dark specs and worn places on edges. Please email any questions you may have. Victorian Vanity Oval Mirror, Heavy Cast Metal with Fleur de Lis Design Frame
This is a Victorian heavy cast metal vanity mirror with Fleur de Lis design. It stands by itself with folding leg. The oval frame has a beveled glass mirror. It measures about 11" by 10-1/2" It has a very dark patina. I believe it was probably silver plated but the high edges have copper showing. I think it still looks great and is a very unusual design. The beveled mirror has several places where the silver is missing. Can be used as is or re-silvered. Would also make a fantastic picture frame. Please feel free to e-mail questions prior to bidding. Up for auction is this wonderful ornate Antique Victorian Cast Iron dresser. Table, vanity mirror in a gothic style. It measures 16 inches tall by 9 1/2 inches wide, it has a nice rusty patina, with no damage to the cast iron. on the back it is stamped Iron Art JM27. Antique Victorian Mirror - Heavy Cast Brass Ornate Frame Original Mirror 18x13"
Here is a mirror in an antique cast brass or bronze Victorian frame. It had originally been a standing mirror or picture frame but the stand was broken off( screw and nut remain) and a picture hanging wire attached. Now a wall hung mirror it measures 18 inches tall and 13 inches wide and weighs almost 7 lbs. While the mirror is cloudy and stained. We don't believe the mirror is original but is a replacement. The frame is the antique from about the mid to late 1800's. Condition of frame is excellent with wire hanger. Mirror is cloudy. USPS Priority Mail shipping.

Antique Heavy Cast Iron Framed Mirror [or use it for a picture]
Antique cast iron framed mirror Grape leaf& grape cluster design shows good detailing. Dates from the early part of the 20th Century. Measures 18" x 13" w. 10" x 11 1/2" is the measurement across the back where the mirror gets inserted. Its heavy and will likely be over 7 l bs. when packed Of couurse you could use this as a picture frame if so desired. It is fitted with a heavy duity hanger on the back which appears original. Also. there are 4 small"feet" on each opposing point on the back and I ould expect that thes allow the frame to be place"flat" against a wall with no pitch. Molded into the bottom of the back is the name of a maker. I cannot make out the first name[it might be"Ron? but the second word is clear and it is: Art" No damage to the frame. No cracks chips, dings or dents. ... moreWhat I do see is that there are 2 areas of green oxidation located at 12 o'clock and the other at 1 o'clock. Not huge one a little less than 1" in area and the other much less than that. There re 2 small dots of silver loss to the mirror. Ifdesired you could redo-restore this mirror and hav a piece that will cherish for decades to come. Special Note: If you are the winner and do not want the mirror part.
