Description A FINE ANTIQUE FRENCH CHAMPLEVE ENAMEL& BRONZE OVAL TABLE MIRROR. Dating from the late Nineteenth Century Standing on an easel-back strut. It measures 12" x 7.5" It also has an original hanging ring to the rear if you wish to the utilise it as a hanging wall mirror. For it's size. It is quite heavy ~ weighing 1.5kgs The frame has beautiful Champleve enamel decoration on a French blue ground. And is finished with elaborate ribboned floral decoration to the top and bottom. I think the frame and decoration is made from bronze, possibly originally gilted. The frame and all the embellishments are in very good condition, with no damages. The original mercury mirrored glass is bevelled ~ there is some age consistent tarnishing( see close up photgraphs) A very beautiful and fine quality antique French mirror that would ... moregrace any Period side table or dressing table or alternatively could be wall hung. Found in France. This lovely mirror is a study in aesthetic design. The frame is a simple oval. With around it a twisted rope motif and around that a continuous cord that is wound around the piece in graceful swirls, embellished with bronze flower decorations. The actual mirror is original to the piece and has a beautiful bevel with small“teeth” ground into the bevel. It dates to the last quarter of the 19 th century. The piece is in remarkable condition: there are some scratches to the glass and one of the small clips that holds the mirror backing in place is loose. No other flaws. Title Exquisite C19th French Empire Bevelled Edge Mirror, This is a gorgeous French Empire mirror dating from C1860-80. It comprises a bevelled edge mirror with round corners. At top and bottom there are Rococo style acanthus leaves in solid bronze. The rear has green felt and there are bronze feet on each corner. This probably started life as a tray or platter with the chain at the top being added later so that it could be wall hung. It can easily be converted back should you wish to do so by simply removing the chain. It is in very nice condition considering it's age with minor spotting and wear to the mirror which you can see in the photo's. The main wear is a small patch on the left edge. This is an antique French hand mirror in the Neoclassical Grecian style. I believe this to be a combination of gilt bronze/brass metal. The design is on mahogany wood. And is encrusted with precious stones. The top stone is a purple Lindy Star Sapphire, and the bottom two stones are Jade. This is most likely from the period 1880 to 1900's, but actual age is unknown. The mirror has been replaced and is not original. Description: Gorgeous Antique French Bronze Portrait& Enamel Beveled Hand Mirror. Circa 1900. Marked France on the side of the handle. This mirror is approximately 4.25 inches wide and 11 inches long. The portrait is signed, however I cannot read this. It is in nearly perfect condition except it looks like some moisture got inside when someone was cleaning it, as there are a few smudged areas on or near her hands. This doesn’t detract from her beauty. The beautiful beveled mirror is in great condition with only one tiny black spot(pin head size) A few small scratches, and a slightly foggy area. It appears that this sat on someone’s dresser mirror side down forever. I cleaned the enameled areas as they were almost black. FATIGUED FRENCH FINDS fatiguedfrenchfinds A superb antique French. Bevelled table or wall mirror in gilt bronze. It is decorated in the typical Rococo style with dolphins, shells, foliate and is finished by an impressive crown at the top. It stands on two feet that take the form of two slightly different dolphins. Dolphins feature strongly in the design. With two at the top and woven into the foliate design that borders the side and base. On the rear there is a substantial ornate bronze easel stand that has had a piece of string tied to it to stop the easel moving too far. This could be removed if you so wished. It also has a bronze fixed link from which to hang it by. In wonderful condition for its great age. Which I believe is the early 1800’s. It has a fissure in the bronze of the easel stand and there is a small fissure in right-hand ... moreouter edge as you look at it, which is 17cms up from the bottom edge. I do not believe that it is the original backing plate as I would of expected it to be a bronze plate but I may be wrong. In parts the gilding has rubbed back to expose the darker bronze beneath. These little flaws do not spoil it in anyway as it is still a great piece and sound. Please study the photographs carefully as them form part of the visual description. Vintage French Style Solid Bronze Brass Mirror Candle Holders Wall Sconces
Pair Vintage Solid Brass Candle Sconces. Measure 24" high. 6.5" wide and 4" deep at widest points. They weigh approx. 8 pounds each before packing. The mirror have some age discoloration and will need to be replace it. The second mirror is missing and will need to be replaced. The brass has been gold painted and very light scratches on it. Offered here is a GORGEOUS porcelain and bronze oversized which I believe is French and possibly late 19th century. The peacock and floral design is done in vibrant pinks. Blues, yellows and greens. The detail of the metalwork is exceptionlly nice. The bevelled glass is in excellent condition. One side of the"ribbon" across the top is slightly separated from the frame and has a tiny screw which is not present on the other side. The overall length is 17" and the porcelain/mirror measures 7" in diameter. There is a loop on the top so it can be hung. The pictures don't do this lovely piece justice.

It is approx. 5 1/4 inches wide by 7 1/4 inches long including the handle. It is very heavy weighting about 11.6 oz. She has been lovingly used for over 100 years. So it does show signs of wear and age which is to be expected(see pics) The handle and frame are in superb condition. You can see that the porcelain was adorned with gold gilt scroll accents. That have been almost washed away with time, but must have been magnificent when it was new. This heavy. Solid Antique 1800's Ornate French Table or Boudoir Mirror is in excellent condition. The original mirror is in great condition with no cracks, chips, damage, black or dull spots to the mirror. I have shown several pictures so you can get a good look at the mirror. Any specks on the mirror in the pictures are dust and are not permanent marks on the mirror. The heavy ornate gold stand is also in great condition with no damage. The painting is in nice condition, but has two fine scratches, one going across the left side of her face, the other is curving up on her left shoulder. I have close ups of these, so please view pictures. Note that close ups make it look far worse than it is, hardly noticeable to the naked eye) The metal on this is ornate. With a Cherub, Putti on each side of the finial, and also one on each side of the bracket that holds the ring on the bottom of handle. The metal is tarnished, darkened, will leave any cleaning to new owner. This mirror measures about 8.5" not counting the ring.
