This mirror ... morefeatures 3 separate brass framed and hinged beveled glass panels, with the 2 side panels showcasing an ornate floral motif with figural cartouches and winged cherubs. The back of the middle panel is covered with a leather-style board. This mirror sits elevated on 4 decorative little feet, and is finished off with brass scrollwork along the top of the central panel, and a heavy chain for hanging. The hinges operate smoothly, and the mirror can be displayed in folded form in tight spaces. Fully opened, measures ~13in tall X 33&1/2in wide, with a 13in long chain for hanging. In closed position, measures ~13in tall X 17&1/2in wide. Richly patinaed over time, this mirror is in overall good condition considering age, with age-related yellowing, mild soilage, dustiness, and superficial scratches. The mirror itself shows haziness with loss of silvering, and the bakelite has a superficial linear scratch, and loss of a tiny piece near one corner, and within the cartouches which are not readily apparent. This is an antique brass swivel table vanity/makeup/shaving mirror with a cherub and shell motif. There are 3 cherubs sitting among scrolling leaves and 2 acorn knobs to tilt the mirror. The mirror stands 13.25" high and 12" wide from acorn tip to acorn tip. This lovely mirror is in very good condition. Some of the embossed brass has been worn down by use and age. Most noticeably in the half shell on the bottom. The backing is a brown velvet that has discolored(see photos) All slot screws are present holding the mirror onto the frame. Antique Vanity Mirror Cherubs Brass Colored Cast Iron Vintage
Here is an antique oval vanity mirror with an ornate cast iron frame featuring five cherubs. Flowers, and other designs. It measures 11.5 inches wide and 9.5 inches high; the bevelled mirror is 6.5 by 5 inches. It is marked"309" on the back, but has no other maker's mark. I think this originally had an easel stand on the back so it could sit on the dresser top. But someone has modified it to hang instead. The front of the frame is painted a brass color(the picture of the whole mirror represents the true color better than the closeups) it has lost minor amounts of paint. The mirror reflects well, but has some scratches and spots.

This is a beautiful antique vanity or dresser mirror. Has a porcelain back with an image of little cherub angels painting a picture of a Victorian lady. Has a beveled glass mirror. Brassy colored metal frame with a decorative ring handle. It is 6” in diameter and the handle is about 2” long. In very nice pre-owned condition from an estate. There are some small scratches to the mirror and a few small spots to the silvered mirror back but overall it is very nice and useable. The metal has an aged patina to it.
