LARGE 30" Walnut Framed ART DECO WALL MIRROR This is an original art deco wall mirror with classic"fanned" wooden sides in what I believe to be walnut. The mirror is shaped and bevel edged. Measuring 30" x 20" to the outside of the frame. The wooden frame has a few fairly minor chips to the inside edges. Mainly on the lower right hand side. The mirror itself is complete but has generalised light"spotting" foxing? on the mirrored side. I have tried to capture this in the last few pictures below. Vintage Barbola bevelled mirror with stand. The mirror measures 12" round with flowers on the top portion. The flowers are of various colors from yellow to various shades of red. There are several small hairline cracks on the flower portion of the mirror that are not very visible unless you look very carefully. Both the brush and the mirror bear the makers mark and'MADE IN ENGLAND' Neither piece is hallmarked but I have tested the metal and am sure it is silver. The mirror measures 11' long. It has a little damage to the tip of the handle. A line across the neck and a few spots on the mirror surface. Stunning Art Deco Bevelled Edge Frameless Mirror. In excellent clean condition with only minor blemishes commensurate with age. In my opinion these actually add to the charm and appeal of this lovely mirror. Some silver loss resulting in black specks as pictured and some to other edges. A tiny scuff and a small light scratch all of which are hardly noticeable when hung. No chips or cracks. This beautiful mirror is cleverly and stylishly made up of individual pieces which looks stunning and very of the period. Dimensions are 71 cm wide x 51 cm tall.
