It is made of solid wood, and has a delicate inlay on the drawer fronts. The dresser has floral glass pulls on it that I am sure are not original to the dresser. They are very pretty, are larger in diameter, and are mostly in good condition but some of them have some chips, particularly towards the back where they are touching the wood. The dresser drawers used to have locks in them, but now only have holes in these areas. The dresser has dovetail joints that I believe are English dovetails.

I see one tiny knick on the inner left edge, near the mirror at about 10 o'clock. Great old dark patina on this wood. I'm guessing it has the sunlight hitting it on the right side for a hundred hears. This is made from one block of wood. No glue. The frame measures 11 1/2 inches diameter The mirror area is 6 inches diameter. The frame is 1 1/2 inches thick. The mirror is a replacement. The thumb tack was holding a string for hanging. Up for auction is an antique freestanding cherry mirror. This unique mirror is in good antique condition. It is made of solid wood I am not sure what kind of wood maybe cherry or walnut. Even the back has a solid piece of wood. There is a repair on the foot but looks like it was not totally broken has been repaired well.The original screws have been replaced. However these could be easily replaced with screws from the same period. This measures approximately 21 inches tall and approximately 14 inches across the base. This is a very heavy mirror for it size.

Very Old Wood Frame Mirror This is a fantastic antique mirror. The wood is actually in quite nice condition. The joints feel snug. There is some wear along the edges as well as some splitting that has little impact on its appearance. There is some light silver loss to the mirror. This has a wood backer board that is in place pretty snug. The hooks holding the wire on the back are newer. I think this originally had eye hooks on the exterior ends of the frame. There are small holes on opposite sides. The frame is rather thick and heavy. It measures about 20.5" x 16.5" The mirror portion is 13.5" x 9.5" The frame is 1" thick on the edge and extends/tapers out about another.5" Take a look at the photos provided and let me know if you have any questions.
