It weighs over 6 pounds. The leather on the back has some wear. The medallion on the back is tarnished.

VTG Antique Industrial Adjustable Swivel Scissor Beveled Shaving 2-Sided Mirror
I am offering a Expandable and Swivel 2-Sided Shaving& Makeup Mirror. The mirror is 7 inches wide. From bracket to bracket, 8 inches wide, the casing holding the mirror is 1/2 inch thick. The beveled mirror side is regular and the other side is magnifying. The regular beveled side has minor streaky imperfections. The magnifying side has some tiny spots imperfections, typical of old mirrors, that no way interfere with their usefulness. The mirror flips inside the holder from one side to the other. The extension mechanism folds to 4 inches wide. And extends to 7 1/2 inches wide, there is minor wear/corrosion to the metal which adds to its vintage appeal. You could clean it, but I will leave that decision up to the new owner.
