Location: Knoxville, United States I started to list the crack in this cover for sale since it's worth around $250. Thats about where I would start the price of this thing without that ... morecrack. It can be repaired for alot less than that. You can see where someione attemted to repair it. Probably some farmer who didn't have the right equipment to do it. If you will notice. There are several places for this cover to be bolted. If you have a frame that will fit it, you will probably never even notice the crack. Because of the 2 bolts that hold that bottom piece on, it can't fall off. If I was going to use this, I would pick me up a tube of jb weld or sonic weld and fill the crack. That stuff dries hard as a rock. Any welding shop can fix this for you if you don't like that method and you have a beautiful antique cover. These special fitted ones are very rare and hard to come by. If you don't have the frame, any shop can make one and you still won't have as much in it as it would cost you without that crack. It measures 24" wide and 18 1/4" high. There's really no sense in me giving all the measurements for the holes, you'll know if you have the frame and if you don't then whoever makes one will have the cover to go by. This cover could be as old as 1900 or up thru the 30's. I wouldn't think it would be any newer than that. Let me know if you have any questions.
