The mantle is about 80" high, 54" wide and 10.5" thick(when looking at the shelves) The mirror is 23" x 13" The shelf height is 23" this is space the space between the shelfs. The mantle fits over a fire place he is 35" x 35" The actual hole size is 35.5" x 35.5" The paint is cracking and chipping from age. It looks like some one tried to white wash the entire piece.
