NICKEL plating over brass core. Item has been cleaned(came to me with chipping paint on all) and is in VERY GOOD CONDITION with some minor loss of nickel plating where brass is peeking out from its many years of service. Probably dates to 1920's-1930's. In GREAT working order. Overall length is 4 1/4" long and 2 7/8" wide. The short wing is 1 1/4" by 2 7/8" wide. Larger wing is 3 7/8" by 2" Each end mounts with 3 screws(Total of 6) that are NOT included since this is an antique USED item. Offset by 11/16" Offset means smaller wing sits on cabinet. While larger ... morewing is set about 11/16" higher on raised door. Markings on underside of large wing is not very readable. But appear to say, 11" over"16" And on small wing, G.R.B. for Grand Rapids Brass Co. a once famous producer of hinges. I have another similar ice box hinge listing that would appear to match these hinges and also is produced by GRB. However. The measurements do NOT match exactly, though they come very close. Most notable difference is on small wing and Offset measure. This item is 11/16" offset. Other set is 5/8" offset. I WILL COMBINE SHIPPING whenever possible. The pulley has none of the original black paint and it has rust on the cast iron. The pulley was washed with water to remove the barn dirt. The rope groove is 1/4" wide. The place has never had a clean out and it's been up since the turn of the century. One window ledge all Craftsman pantry latches. Then under them Eastlake pantry latches, window sash locks, slide bolts.It's like an archeology dig. Another window ledge all Craftsman and Eastlake latch keepers. Do any match up? Nope. So that's it, anything that doesn't have it's own keeper is outta here. Adios it's gone. There are lots of sites online that sell the new repro Craftsman latch keepers for these exact model of latches in all the traditional original finishes. We only list original pieces. So that's not much help to us. But if you don't mind matching them up with a new ... morerepro Craftsman keeper, then this listing is one seriously good scoop! 7 latches standard size back plates measure 1 1/2" X 2 1/8" 1 latch nickle finish back plate measures 1 3/8" X 2 3/8" 2 latches small back plates measure 1 1/8" X 1 3/4" They all need a really good cleaning(don't know what's up with the bandaged top) Here's spring condition in order from the third photo: Photo 3- All springs snap nice and sharp. Handles snap back on the spring. Photo 4- Spring return a little soft needs a bit of work. And def cleaning can only help. Photo 5- Springs are there but return is poor/ doesn't happen. The door jam is brass as well. The entire unit including door jam is fairly heavy weighing in at approximately 8 lbs. This item would be an interesting conversation piece for visitors who may come to your home. Each handle/plate combination measures approximately 11 inches long X 6 inches wide.
