This is for the old HINGE you see here. I believe that it is from a screen door. And I think it if from the late 1800's, based on research of other similar hinges on eBay. Not sure if the letters read"CA" or"AC" Not sure the make of this hinge. Has a very tight spring, but opens and closes as it is intended. Very tight, though. A single spring loaded screen door hinge made of cast iron. The hinge is apr. 3 1/8 inches wide and apr. 4 inches to the end of the hinge ball tips. The hinge does have a good spring return. The part was given a basic cleaning on a wire wheel to look for any damage. None was found. The pictures should show the rest. Plenty of lighting was used to show as much detail as possible.
