I have an unusual pressed or stamped. Nickel plated steel lot of 8 old door latches for your consideration. These could be in nice reusable condition with a little cleaning and lube. All the springs seem to be intact and work. A little sticky on a couple. I am uncertain of there age although my guess would have been from a wooden built in cabinet or cupboard door from the late 20's early 30's. They have a deco pattern on handles. Nicely, these appear to have had a flush strikeplate application so you will be able to find something that would work more easily. Might be a nice addition for a reworked piece of furniture or cabinet/cupboard door. measure 1 7/16 inches from ctr to ctr of mounting screw holes. It measures about 2 7/8" x 2 1/2" and 2 1/2" high(from top of twist handle to where it would sit flush with door) It is in very good working condition. I see no makers names. I dont have the catch for this latch. This latch has a nice looking old patina. I am not sure of the age of this latch. This latch is in very good condition. The hinges have a nice dimpled texture on either side and are very sturdy and heavy. There are a few rust spots near the hinge itself, so please view pics thoroughly. The hinges swing nicely but could probably use a little oil. They measure 8-1/2" on the longest side. A matching pair of antique decorative embellishment for furniture. Walls, or wardrobes with daisies and leaves. I would think it would work well on the corner of furniture piece. Each piece measures 21 cm( 8.25 inches) long and 4 cm( 1.25 inches) wide. There are two holes to affix the pieces onto the wood. I have not polished the pieces but have left it as I bought it. A set of 3 old old claw and eagle head with glass ball feet from table legs. Approx 4" tall x 1 1/2" across claws and 1 1/4" diameter ball with flat spot on very bottom for leg angle. There is a hole on the backside of the top cast iron for adding a screw when into the wooden leg-photo 2. Hole opening is 3/4" inside diameter and tapers with total leg insert of 2 1/2" Heavy cast iron with great claw and what looks like an eagle head beak detail. There is a mold seam in the glass ball that appears to be a crack in the photos but there are no cracks or chips. Cast iron is rusty and there are some air bubbles in the glass. Antique Victorian Cast Iron 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" Door Hinges Steeple Pins
These are Victorian-era door hinges of cast iron in good working condition. There is one pair for sale in this auction. Each hinge measures 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" and is marked on the reverse side. There is damage to the bottom of the steeple on each hinge pin. As can be seen in the third photograph. The tops are still tight to the pin. There is also a casting flaw on the edge of one leaf. It does not appear that it would affect the strength of the hinge. They have been cleaned of paint but have not been recoated and are the last of this pattern in my inventory.

When my husband started off his career many years ago as a joiner's apprentice. An old man gave him these two saws, they were old then. One is I think a tenon saw. The other I don't know what it is called. The tenon saw complete measures 15" long. The smaller one is 12" long. I cannot see a name on any of the saws. That doesn't mean there isn't one under the gunk. They both need lots of TLC. But for anyone starting out, this would be a great buy of a quality item.

This is a pair of spring loaded stamped steel screen door hinges. They are marked"Champion" on one side. And"Pat July 6 1915" on the other. Each hinge is 2- 5/8 inches wide, 3" long, and has 6 screw holes for mounting. Although they have never been used, they have some chips to the finish and some rust form being stored over the years. VINTAGE 1955 MEDIUM BRASS P.O.BOX DOOR w/ hinges & frame*
This is a brass with glass Post Office Lockbox door manufactured and put in service in 1955. It measures 5 1/2" wide and 6 1/4" tallIt is called Grecian Style. It was made by The Keyless Lock Company of Indianapolis. Indiana. It has the original lockbox combination registry card and shows some of the conbination changes and also the present one. It is working properly& I put a drop of sewing machine oil in it. This was the original box number applique. On the back of the card is a stamp of Baily, Mich 49303. As zip codes weren't used until 1963, that could be the first post office that used it or it could be one of the places of use during it's life. They are no longer using doors with glass inserts when installing more in a post office- for security purposes. Therefore these are now collectables. Nickel plated brass fixtures. Large glass shelf. In as found nice used condition. Glass shelf has no cracks( upper right hand rear edge has a tiny“fleabite” that could even have been done in mfg. has no bearing and called just for accuracy! with brass fixtures showing some wear on nickel from age and use. Metal straight and solid. Some paint residue on glass shelf. Shelf measures approx. 24 in. wide by approx. 5 in. deep and is approx. 3/8 in. thick. Very nice vintage piece which can be readily used.
