Rare Vintage Keen Kutter Oak& Etched Glass Display Case-Antique Knife-Mirror Fantastic Keen Kutter display case with etched glass front. This etched glass is an anomaly. I have done my research. And can’t find anything that refers to Keen Kutter using the“Kutlery” spelling. I am no expert and maybe someone else has some information on this case. The wood case has minor wear and tear like scuffs and scratches, but looks pretty good for its age, and is strong and intact. It has two sliding wood doors that have mirrored sides inside the case. The doors work and slide well. The case is velvet covered on the inside, and is formed to the contours of the display sections. The velvet is worn away in areas, and stained in sections. There are two wooden drawers that slide in underneath. They are sectioned and have great pull knobs. The top glass ... moreis missing, and the two side glass pieces are broken. Despite this, the case is very strong and stable. I believe the case will travel very well. It appears that the glass could be replaced easily, and has previously been held in with wood strips. Has the glass top and a lower shelf, which sits about 6 1/2" off the floor. Measures about 18" in diameter at the outside, 17" inside the curves. 26" tall. Great condition for a 70+ year old table. Just shows some normal finish wear to the wood, easily refinished if so desired. Just a couple of small silvering loss spots on the glass, along with a few small scratches, and it's the thicker glass on this piece, not that thin stuff you see on some of these tables from the era. Primitive Pittsburgh Plate Glass Co. Beveled Mirror Antique Shabby Mirror 1921
This is a beautiful shabby primitive mirror produced by Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company. There is a stamp on the back that says the Manufacturer name and underneath that is the date. March 1921. Beautiful ornate detail on the top of the frame. There is a surface crack in the paint and or wood. This piece is sturdy and does not appear to be anywhere near a breaking point. The mirror has beveled. Straight lines. The mirror is quite shabby. The frame is in the same shabby condition. Measurements of the frame: 33" tall x 16.75" wide. The mirror itself measures 27" tall x 16.75" wide. The backside hanging wire appears to be a replacement. Half of the back cover is missing and there is a tear on this same cover towards the bottom. The nails holding the mirror in place are all present and intact. Vintage Antique Carved Wood Frame Beveled Glass Oval Mirror Pre-Mid Century
This is a beautiful mirror. You are bidding on an antique oval mirror. This has an oak wooden frame with a top crest of hand carved floral. I believe this is early 20th century. The mirror has a 1" bevel completely around the oval. The back is sealed with a 1/4" piece of wood not plywood. The last picture shows one of the dovetail joints in the frame. This frame was made from four separate pieces of oak which were joined together at those dovetails to make the complete frame. I think this is another sign of the age of this mirror. It has two holes through the front of the frame which were probably used for mounting. It also has one eyelet on the back which was also used for mounting. The second eyelet is gone. The winning bidder will have to develop their own mounting. The complete mirror and frame is 18-3/4" tall and 26" ... morewide. The mirror is 23" by 13-1/2" This is one of the classiest mirrors I have ever had for sale. Please don't email to ask if we would consider selling if for less. My wife really hates to part with it. Antique Arts&Crafts Pine Dresser Harp&Mirror Frame (no glass) good condition
Antique Arts&Crafts Style Pine( with dark finish) Dresser Harp and Mirror Frame(no glass) I believe it originally was on a highboy style dresser which is a tall narrower width wise with 5 or 6 drawers rather than a 3 or 4 drawer lower dresser. The width of this harp and mirror is about 32 1\2 inches wide which would more than likely be too short for a lower type dresser because they are usually high 30's to 40's inches wide. The measurements are the total height to the top of the mirror from the bottom is about 23" and the height of the post(harp sides) would be 20 3\4" The outside measurements of the mirror itself is 22 1\2" wide and 20 1\2" tall and the glass itself would you get to put in the frame is 20 1\2 x 22 1\2 inches. Great antique victorian ornate cast iron beveled glass mirror
Beautiful ornate scrolled victorian cast iron mirror with beveled glass. With darkened gold color. Stands about 13 inches tall by about 9 inches wide. Has a beautiful scrolled easel stand. The back of the mirror has a metal plate that is held on with four swivel bars- the bottom one is stuck in the open position down inbetween the frame and the back- I did not attempt to move it. Stamped on the top back I think with the number 1040- hard to read, for a makers mark. Only flaw is a chip on the mirror on the lower left bevel, which doesn't affect the clarity of the mirror, which has some light surface scratches due to age and wear, and I see only a little discoloration/silver loss on the lower right beveled edge, and some tiny spots here and there. Really pretty example of an old victorian mirror in nice shape for its age, with fancy easel ... morestand. Please ask any other questions. Offerd for your consideration is this lovely Nickel over brass plated Travel mirror with easel stand back. The easel is retractable in that it will lay flat against the mirror backing to pack easily for traveling. The easel is also stable and sturdy when open for use. The mirror can stand either vertically or horizontally so you can easily adjust the viewing angle of the mirror to suit you. The beveled glass mirror is thick and substantial and has a few spots of missing silver backing as seen in photo#1. The back of the mirror is covered with an ornate embossed printed paper cardboard with some of the paper torn off. The overall measurement is 8 3/4" tall(from top to little ball feet) by 6 1/4" wide. Welcome to Papa& Nana Treasures* Vintage/ Antique gold gilt frame with etched mirror and a half circle at the top. This is a stunning mirror with a urn. Flower pot at the top and also etched in the mirror. The top of this frame is the urn and it has been repaired. When we purchased this my husband couldn't believe the bad attempt to repair it so my husband took it apart and repaired it the right way. So from the front it's hard to tell it was ever broken off. This is about 37 1/2" tall and 19 1/2" wide(22" at the widest point) but the actual inside measurement would be 27 1/2" x 17 1/2" Both measurments are from the top of the arch to the bottom. The frame has damage but the mirror is in very good condition with only 1 small chip and a slight ribbon of"clouding. Other side does not have a hole. Circa 1910 or could even be earlier. there are a few small problems. there is a small chip on the edge of the mirror that I could not capture with a camera you can see it on the picture below on the right side down a ways. there is also at the other end of this mirror an area that looks dark& cloudy, it appear to have had a little water at the backside near the edge. there are a few scratches on the mirror itself, overall it is a beautiful piece. a gorgeous ... moremirror that would def dress up a victorian bathroom or a bedroom.
