It measures 38" wide at its widest point and is 24" high. The mirror itself measures 14" x 9.5" and the shelf is 5" deep. Antique Victorian Tilting Vanity Mirror, Ornate Floral Metal Frame
This is a gorgeous old Victorian tilting mirror in a larger size. 19” tall, 12” wide. The frame on this is all flowers and Acanthus leaves with a large ornate foot. The metal has an aged patina and the back has an old time worn and stained cover. There are no chips or cracks to the mirror but it is starting to freckle and shows age. This displays beautifully and would be an asset to any Victorian room. The items that I sell are the items I love. This is a beautiful older piece from a recent estate. There were photos in the house of the owner's great-grandmother standing in front of this stand. Measures 77" high x 33" wide x 11" deep. Has a beveled mirror and a ceramic tile of European origin. The tile depicts a butcher at his trade. There are a few pieces of bamboo missing. But it is not apparent unless you are looking for it. This piece features a swivel mirror and storage drawer, sitting atop a ringed, minimally fluted central column with a wonderfully carved tripod base. Great antique victorian ornate cast iron beveled glass mirror
Beautiful ornate scrolled victorian cast iron mirror with beveled glass. With darkened gold color. Stands about 13 inches tall by about 9 inches wide. Has a beautiful scrolled easel stand. The back of the mirror has a metal plate that is held on with four swivel bars- the bottom one is stuck in the open position down inbetween the frame and the back- I did not attempt to move it. Stamped on the top back I think with the number 1040- hard to read, for a makers mark. Only flaw is a chip on the mirror on the lower left bevel, which doesn't affect the clarity of the mirror, which has some light surface scratches due to age and wear, and I see only a little discoloration/silver loss on the lower right beveled edge, and some tiny spots here and there. Really pretty example of an old victorian mirror in nice shape for its age, with fancy easel ... morestand. Please ask any other questions. Victorian Table Top Solid Brass with Beveled Mirror Glass and Cherubs. Guerin Description: Mirror metal frame section is solid brass. Cast brass has raised decorative designs including scrolled curves. Flower plants, and 5 cherubs or angels. Figural characters appear to stand out from the rest of the frame. Each character has a polished or smooth texture whereas the remainder of the frame is textured or satin. Brass has a slightly tarnished but bright patina. It's a really old triptysh used for shaving. Everything is original on this metal framed folding mirror, including a rare handle built on and very well fix ed. On the back of each mirror there's a lincrusta paper who look like leather. It's an art nouveau decoration with an embossed Lincrusta floral motif. However there's a color variation on each of the embossed coverings. Welcome to Papa& Nana Treasures* Vintage/ Antique gold gilt frame with etched mirror and a half circle at the top. This is a stunning mirror with a urn. Flower pot at the top and also etched in the mirror. The top of this frame is the urn and it has been repaired. When we purchased this my husband couldn't believe the bad attempt to repair it so my husband took it apart and repaired it the right way. So from the front it's hard to tell it was ever broken off. This is about 37 1/2" tall and 19 1/2" wide(22" at the widest point) but the actual inside measurement would be 27 1/2" x 17 1/2" Both measurments are from the top of the arch to the bottom. Antique embossed tin framed mirror with a slightly brassy coloration. It's in really nice condition. I don't see any damage. It measures 23 1/2" x 13 1/2" with a central mirror that measures 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" The beveled mirror& side panel mirrors show quite a few age spots& streaks. You can see on the backside how the top panel brace has been glued into place. It looks like it had been screwed in at one point as well. The panel on back is loosely held in by nails. Victorian Antique Wall Mirror- long, hanging, silverbacked. Wood & plaster. P/U
Beautiful antique wall mirror. Most likely Victorian though I wouldn't really date this as much older than the early turn of the century. It's about 54" wide and 19" tall from the highest point of the decoration in the center. It has 3 mirrored panes and it looks to be silverbacked. There is very faint tarnishing taking place underneath which you can see. But I think it adds to the patina. Looks great. There's also a very small mark on the glass in the middle pane near the edge, not very noticeable. It's made of wood with an ornate plaster front and top decoration of a shell. The left bottom corner has a small chip in the plaster. This mirror is in great shape for its age. It's very heavy and has a wire string in the back for hanging. I usually see these mirrors selling for $150-200 in antique stores but I'm ... moremoving and looking to sell some of my items. I can meet in VA Beach or around Williamsburg.

Beautiful late 1800s British Victorian mahogany dresser top vanity mirror. Made of mahogany veneers. Solid mahogany and pine secondary woods. The piece has two pull-out drawers and a center storage area with lid. Overall measurement is 25 1/4" wide x 31 1/2" tall x 12 3/4" deep. Finish is in very good condition. Brought back from England in the early 1970s. Weight is 23 lbs. MIRROR: Swivels on two brass hinges which can be opened to remove mirror. Mirror can be accessed by removing wood panel on back. Which is held in place by simple brass turn latches. The thick mirrored glass is in very good condition with just a few very small discolored spots(photo was edited to remove reflected items) Solid carved mahogany posts hold mirror in place and are fastened using a wood nut and bolt(hand-tightened) These can be accessed by removing ... morethe two drawers. Mirror frame measures 18 1/4" wide x 24 3/8" tall. Glass area is 15 1/4" x 21" tall. Small dowel(included) holds mirror in proper position. DRAWERS: Two side drawers are 6 1/2" long x 3 3/4" wide x 2 1/2" tall. Lovely solid wood carving underneath drawer front. Drawer box is solid mahogany. CENTER STORAGE AREA: Lid is covered in flame mahogany veneer. The storage area is 14 1/2" wide x 5 1/8" deep and the inside height is 1 3/4" at the front and 2 3/4" at the back. Lid is held in place with a pair of brass hinges in good working order. Available for pick-up in Frederick. It is ornately carved in an ornate Victorian style and has been beautifully refinished. The silvering on the mirror is good. It has a porcelain tile set into the top front. Exquisite antique victorian oval wall mirror c. 1900* This is a fabulous antique hand carved wood and gesso oval mirror which measures 15 inches in height and about 11 1/2 inches wide. The floral decoration is all hand carved wood. The mirror is all original and is in remarkable condition. The mirror glass has a few minor blemishes(see last pic) Small tear in backing black paper. ANTIQUE/VINTAGE VICTORIAN PLATEAU MIRROR, BEVELED GLASS, SCALLOPED METAL TRIM,NR
This is an antique/vintage Victorian plateau mirror. The mirror itself is beveled. The bevel is narrow. Just meeting the edge of the decorative scalloped metal trim that surrounds the mirror. This piece measures 14" in diameter and 1.5" in height. It stands on 4 delicately embellished metal feet. The feet and broader scrolled top section each measure 1" in height and 2.5" in width at the top(picture 5) The scalloped trim surrounding the mirror measures.5" in width with an additional.25" wide plain metal banding beneath the scalloped trim. The plain metal banding completely surrounds the mirror as well. All of the trim is complete and in great condition. I think there may be several metals used in the piece, and I don't know with any certainty what they are. The scalloped trim and plain banding are gold, and ... morethe feet are silver(in color, at least) The backing is all original and in tact(pictures 7& 8) The only damage to the piece is in the mirror itself. There are some small surface scratches. There is a good bit of haziness in the glass, and some areas where the silvering has worn thin. Still just a fabulous mirror. There are so many uses for these.
