Antique Boat Ship Vintage Bow Light Brass Vessel Perko Blue Red Glass Nautical
Up for auction is a antique bow light. I am unsure what boat this was off of but it was definitely removed from a boat here on long island. It appears to have a brass body and blue/ red glass. It does come with a wooden mount. The only issue with this light is it is chipped in the blue portion of the glass. Other then that it appears to be in nice shape. It has been sitting on a shelf for years and could use a good cleaning. It is being sold in as is condition. Please see my other antique nautical items up for auction this week. Vintage Chris Craft Antique Bow Light Blue Red Glass
I believe this model is from a 1928 Chris Craft Cadet. See last picture/NOT actual item up for sale! It stands 5" tall and is 6 1/4" at the base. Solid brass with 1/4" thick blue and red glass. Each glass does have minor chipping on it. The cap/ flag pole holder unscrews and the bulb bracket is intact. I believe all stainless hardware is original as well. Vintage 1921 PERKO Green Red Marine Boat Navigational Bow Light
This is a vintage Perko clamp on navigational green& red bow light. Bow light has a Pat date on it of Dec 20. 1921. Light is marked Perko, Perkins Marine Lamp& Hardware Corp. Brooklyn NY, USA. Light is a clamp on type that measures 14 1/2 inches long not counting the turn clamp on bottom, adding that it comes to 17 inches with clamp open, space between clamp is 1& 10 8ths inches. Circumfrance around the top glass part is 10 inches. Light is 8 inches from top to the flashlight end. The glass lenses are red and a blue green, the green lens looks blue when not turned on, when on it looks like a blue green. Light takes two D batteries and works great. It's about 6 1/4" long X 3 3/4" X 3 1/8" tall. I was told it was removed from a Chris Craft boat But I can not confirm that. Sold as-is. Offered here as is. Antique Red Green Perko Boat Bow Light mounted on teak or maybe mahogany wood. We found this piece at a fine Florida estate and were told it came off a Chris Craft vessel. It does have holes on each end of the(teak/mahogany wood) as though it would mount to the bow of a boat. There are minor age cracks in wood on each end. Red& Green Fresnel lens on Perko light is not cracked or chipped. The guy we got this from said he removed it from the Chris Craft boat himself and said it did work when it was removed. This piece is all ONE Piece- the switch on top clicks fine but this Perko navigational light was not possible for us to test. Offered as is. Large- measuring about 23" across and sits about 8" high. Extremely Rare Brass 1928-34 Dee-Wite Red/Blue Boat Bow Light Glass Lens
A very rare near impossible to find Dee-Wite bow light from between 1928 to 1934. In very good solid non-restored condition with no damage. Made to hold a flag pole. Glass lens are near perfect except a tiny nibble on the blue lens that you cant see in the pictures. I believe originally this was nickle plated but all the nickle plate has been rubbed off. A few traces can still be seen here and there. There is no wiring and this is just the brass housing with red and blue lens. Measures 7 1/8 inches long at the base and stands 3 3/4 inches tall. Here is a VERY NICE OLD heavy 2 1/2 pound BRONZE/BRASS Boat Bow Light. This has a red/green plastic lens held to the light with a front screw on bracket. This appears to have been once chrome plated and there are a couple of specs where some has remained but it mostly a"HIGH GLOSSY POLISHED" Light. This"TEARDROP STYLE" light is about 5 1/4 long and 4 inches tall. There is a mounting bracket base that is attached to the light base ALL ONE PIECE. There are no mounting screws. There is wiring but no inside bulb. I do not know what type of old boat this came from but I have not seen one like this. VERY UNIQUE PIECE. There is a slot on top where a flag would be mounted. Vtg Perkins PERKO Marine Boat Lamp Starboard Bow Green Red Glass Light Lantern
This listing is for a vintage Perkins PERKO Marine boat Kerosene Lamp. Finding one in better condition than this one will be a challenge. The lamp is made of Galvanized metal and has a Brass Top/Finial and the Kerosene lights hardware is made of Brass. The Dark Green and red lens are made of Glass and are chip and damage free. The design of this lamp is different than most others. The inside hardware is accessible from the bottom of the lamp only. It has ingenious spring loaded tabs of each side. If you want to pull out the hardware you simply squeeze the tabs and pull the hardware out. As you can see from the photo's the Brass hardware is in excellent condition and includes what is probably the original wick.I think this lamp has spent most of it's life indoors. The outside Galvanized Metal is also in excellent condition. Nothing ... moreis loose. All corners etc very tight construction. The top finial piece with hanging loop is made of Brass. Antique Vintage Red Bow Boat Light Mounted on Clamp Port Side Maritime Works
This is most likely considered an antique(50+ years old) The only stamp on it. Is on the"on switch" and it simply says, Made In USA" I bought it from an elderly man that was down-sizing. It was described as a"Red Bow" boat light. It's for the"port" side of the boat. It's battery operated and the stainless steel housing is in very good condition, having maybe 2 small"pit marks" The red plastic lens is also in great shape, having only 1 or 2"rub marks" The metal clamp is a flat colored metal and would clean up nicely, there is one small area of surface rust(1-2" on the inside, but the finish is smooth in that area so there is no structural damage, at all. The"turn screw" that tightens the clamp to the boat, is bent and could use a bit of straightening out. The light ... morestill works, I turned it on and took pictures of it, lit up. The light, itself, measures nearly 7" in length. The clamp's inside width is 2 5/8" It's a really great light. I've looked at a number of boat lights online and have yet to find a similar one. It would make a great addition to the collection of someone that collects maritime items!

There is a decent size dent on the slightly-domed top(please see photos) The side of the light is marked with Perko's logo and company info. Being made in Brooklyn,NY. My guess as to age would be from around the 1930s or 40s. It could be even earlier-back into the 20s or so- but I'm not certain. The glass is in good condition. This is a vintage bow light that is a bolt on unit and can be removed when not needed. It came in a box of fishing and hunting items. It's made in USA. I can't see a manufacturers name though. It has patent no. 2301714 on both sides. The internals look good. This wasn't stored with a battery in each side. So it's not all corroded or anything. The bulbs look clean and the parts look good, the inner housing have some light rust. The external parts show it's age. It could be cleaned up. But, I don't like to clean and shine old items, I would rather sell them as they come, as they look, and let the buyer decide. So, what it looks like is what it is. Here's a neat vintage item with red glass on one side and green on the other.several small chips. I believe it is brass. see photos for a better condition insight. It is dented on back of lamp and missing one screw. it appears to be adjustable. I have not truly cleaned this item. The base is almost 4 1/2" in diameter and is stamped. S&J. This is STEELE& JOHNSON(boat,house) I'm not sure what year it was made(30's,40's? although it is from an old estate. the height is about 7" at that angle. I don't know if it could be wired? Vintage brass boat navigation red/green light. 4 3/4 inches tall, 2 1/2 inches diameter. Both glass lenses have chips on the ribs, no cracks. Head is lead soldered to base, red lens is loose. Large Nautical Stern / Bow Lantern / Light. Blue / Red Navigation
Beautiful large Bow/ Stern lantern- light. 11.5" long4 1/4" wide Height 3 3/4" Stamped inside it says AC 9000-1 Pat Pend also a watch dial with the numbers 12- 3- 6 and 9 highlighted! It weigh over 4 pounds and it is very solid. The chrome is in very good condition and I would not re chrome at this point. Some very light pitting! The lenses are plastic in excellent condition!
