ANTIQUE METAL POND YACHT SAIL BOAT HULL E. BOOTHBAY MAINE NAUTICAL DECOR
This is an antique pond yacht sailboat hull. It is quite unique and completely made of metal. It was made by the Rice Manufacturing Company E. Boothbay. Maine, U.S.A. I believe it was made in the 40's or 50's but I am not sure. It measures approximately 5" wide by 19 1/2" long. The rudder moves freely when I move the rod above the deck. It has some paint loss and the deck has light surface rust but it really looks great when displayed. It is the only one I have ever seen and I think it is quite rare. Will ship USA only. Antique PERKO Brass Adjustable Marine Spot Light Boat Search Light Nautical
This is a really cool old Perko marine spotlight or searchlight. It is solid brass and I think the light holder is a cast red brass. I couldn't find anything on the light that a magnet would stick too. It seems to be structurally in good condition. The brass could use cleaning and polishing as there's a lot of patina to the brass. The thin strip around the top and bottom of the light have some small slits. Maybe for fitting the brass around the body of the light. The light is also adjustable to be able to aim the light. The half label on the back is a Perko label. Heavy and well made. It has a GE bulb and I was told it works. The wiring is frayed and you should definitely have it checked out or rewired if you're planning on using it as a light though. See the pictures for more detail. Up for auction is a antique bow light. I am unsure what boat this was off of but it was definitely removed from a boat here on long island. It appears to have a brass body and blue/ red glass. It does come with a wooden mount. The only issue with this light is it is chipped in the blue portion of the glass. Other then that it appears to be in nice shape. Antique Vintage Boat Nautical Marine Oil lamps Port Starboard Green Red Ship
Up for auction are two antique nautical port/ starboard oil lamps. I have yet to see a pair exactly like this with smooth glass. Unfortunately i do not see any markings on them. The body's of the lamp appear to be galvanized but i could be wrong. The lenses of these lamps are in very nice shape with no visable cracks. One is green and one is red. These lamps appear complete minus the one is missing a part out of the bottom as seen in the picture. The only other issue is that the top of the one lamp has a dent and the top has some minor damage. Other then that they would make a great display piece. These are being sold as is. I do not see a manufacturers name on it. I don't think that the top is the original top. But I could be mistaken. There is a small dent on the left side and some of the green glass is chipped as you can see in the last picture. It measures 10" high and 5" wide. For your consideration. Antique brass ship's lantern- tag says"Not Under Command" From the research I did. This was used in conjunction with another one to signal to other ship captains that the ship was not moving and not under active command of anyone. This has a great patina! This has what appears to be the original light socket and looks to be in good condition- but I'm no expert. There was once another tag welded to the top of this lantern. But probably removed when the current tag was placed. The glass lense is not cracked and the red insert looks good as well. There are expected minor dings and other blemishes that come with age and use on the ocean. This lantern weighs in at almost 20 pounds before packing. So will cost a little more to ship. Yet rough condition, the red heavy glass lens is in excellent condition(just a little dirty)no chips or cracks. See pictures to assess for yourself the condition of this rare maritime collectible. The Lens door secures tightly and their is no looseness to the lens or to any of the housing-very well made. I am including a small metal oil burner that is obviously not the original. Nautical Lamp Handcrafted Ship Wheel with Lighthouse Clock great for Boat Cabin
This lamp was handcrafted by my husband who is a licensed electrician. The base of it is made of Teak Wood trimed in decorative cord. The ships wheel part is made of silver colored metal and has a battery operated clock in it(1 AA included) The picture in the center is of the Point Judith Light House in RI. It has a blue fabric shade also trimed in decorative cord. The base of the lamp has two screw holes just slightly under the cord for permanent mounting in the cabin of a boat. Would also be great in a little boys sailor themed room or even at a beach house. It is 15 1/2 inches from the base to the top of the shade. The globe is in very nice shape with no damage and just slight wear. The glass is ever so slightly cloudy on the inside but perhaps this can be polished away? The chrome does show saltwater oxidation on it. I do not know if any oif these work. I did not test them. The lens seem to be all plastic. Thank you. Buyer gets these as seen and described. Very nice nautical sail ship night light. Fair shape for it's age. No chips or cracks in the glass bottom. Glass bottom has chipped paint and chrome needs polishing. But it looks so cool lite up! The green and red colored plastic on the deck is cracked on each side, but not very noticable. All sails are there but strings need reattched in a few places. This is a very different table lamp I got it at an estate sale I know it is older but not sure of the year. I also don't know if it is factory made or home made. The metal I don't know what it is but its very sturdy. It NEEDS A CLEANING I don't do that I sure don't want to mess anything up.It does sit on a wooden base. As you can tell by the pictures it does have some rust on it.If its home made the person did a good job. There are no makers marks that I can see. Boat or Dock Light* This is a vintage maritime nautical Fresnel Lens Lamp that was previously being used as a dock light in Austoria. Oregon on Oregon's North Coast. It appears to be brass or copper metal(do not know if solid or plate) It has a glass fresnel lens. It measures approximately 7 1/2" tall to top of hanger and 4 1/2" in diameter at the base. It is wired to take a standard electric light bulb. The metal top and bottom attach to fresnel lens with thumb set screws. It is as found and well weathered from years of use although it is still functional. We have not cleaned the metal or glass and there are deposits from the elements on both the metal and glass. It could probably be cleaned up but wanted to leave it with ... moreits original weahered look. Other than the the weathering from the elements it is in good vintage condition and the glass fresnel lens does not have any cracks or chips. Up for auction is an original antique Wilcox& Crittleden Nautical ship/boat signal lantern that dates from the early 1900's. Made of galvanized metal and brass. Center lens is made of thick clear glass and in excellent shape with no cracks or chips. The lantern is also in very nice shape with a nice original patina that only happens with age. No cracks. You are bidding on a pair of antique nautical lanterns from Triplex. Pat 1910. This pair of boat lamps has one red and one rare BLUE lens. They are in very good condition. With some little issues. The glass is perfect. The housings themselves appear to maybe have been repainted black at some point. The fuel tanks are missing, as you can see they are basically just the housings. We shone a flashlight underneath them to show how lovely and rich the blue and red lenses glow. Nice for a restoration project, or even just for nautical décor. Unlike many of these lanterns this one still has the original Perko lamp inside as shown in pictures. The sliding hatch mechanism still works on this piece. It was used as a display piece in the house and they had a screw in the base of the signal to hold the sliding hatch open. This auction is for a very nice vintage brass nautical/maritime table lamp. The lamp has a 3 way lamp switch for dimmer or brighter light. There is an interior lamp light that provides a light glow through the glass globe. The glass globe is marked with GGG. The lantern has a nice brass finish and a boat rope that is wrapped around the wooden base. The lamp is marked Ankerlicht. The lamp comes with a burlap style shade. The bottom base is lined in felt. This lamp is in very nice condition and would make an excellent addition to your beach house or nautical themed decor. It has been well taken care of and almost appears like new.
