Antique Boat Ship Vintage Bow Light Brass Vessel Perko Blue Red Glass Nautical
Up for auction is a antique bow light. I am unsure what boat this was off of but it was definitely removed from a boat here on long island. It appears to have a brass body and blue/ red glass. It does come with a wooden mount. The only issue with this light is it is chipped in the blue portion of the glass. Other then that it appears to be in nice shape. Vintage Chris Craft Antique Bow Light Blue Red Glass
I believe this model is from a 1928 Chris Craft Cadet. See last picture/NOT actual item up for sale! It stands 5" tall and is 6 1/4" at the base. Solid brass with 1/4" thick blue and red glass. Each glass does have minor chipping on it. The cap/ flag pole holder unscrews and the bulb bracket is intact. I believe all stainless hardware is original as well. Vintage, oil burning bow light. nautical design. measures 8 1/4 inches high by 4 3/4 wide. handle extends another 5 3/8 high. lamp is marked with a badge that states: HELVIC'S pattern approved by inspector of the port of N.Y. the actual lamp is in excellent condition and still has a long wick. the Fresnel lenses have some small chips. But are not at all cracked. it also appears to have some repairs done with solder.

Antique-Chris Craft Soup Can Bow Light
Up for auction is a 1928-Chris Craft- Soup Can Bow Light(from what I was told by the owner) off of a model"Cadet" Light alone measures 5" tall with a 6 1/2" round base. Including wooden mounting base 7 1/2" in diameter. Overall height with lamp harp and finial it stands 20" tall. The 3-way lamp socket and harp was added probably in the late 1950's. It is bronze with some of the original nickel plating left in spots. The lamp could be returned to its original state if one wanted too. The light and lamp work with separate switches and the wiring is probably original to the conversion. Could not find any maker's mark. The Red lens has a chip.The Blue looks to be perfect. Here is a nice antique copper bow or stern light for a boat. Rod is made of solid copper with some sir of bakelite at the bottom. It measures 27" in length. Here's an antique boat pole lamp in estate as found condition. I cleaned the dust/ dirt off of the glass globe shade. Only a few small flakes/ chips seen on ribbed edges. The brass/ copper fixture and threaded globe holder shows some minor wear and aging/ patina to the finish. The spring action is strong inside the lamp socket. The globe/ shade threads on and off fixture base properly. The globe/ shade measures: 2 3/4 inches diameter. 5 1/2 inches height overall including fixture, and the pole measures 7/8 inch outside diameter. Terms: Please make payment within 3 days. Perko bow light off antique Chris Craft. Most likely 1940's or 1950's. Screw on design(no guts or bulbs) Green and red lenses are in perfect condition, chrome is a 7 out of 10(looks much better than in photos) Only a perfectionist would re-chrome this light. There is a 2mm x 4mm flake of chrome missing at very bottom of fin. Just needs a little polish, but in good to very-good condition. 2.5" diameter + 1" fin; 3.25" tall. Aspect is 33% chrome(front) 33% red lens and 33% green lens. Fin extends out from back-side. PERKO logo and imprint are completely legible and perfect. Made in Brooklyn, NY.

This is an Antique Nautical Bow or Stern Lantern Lamp.Clear Ribbed Front Lens has a crack.The Piece is made of either Brass or Copper but has been painted over black apparently several times but I do see some areas of rub off that shows it to be brass or perhaps copper.The Lantern has a Drop down Bottom secured by a pull latch.I guess either an Oil Lamp or Candle would be placed on the bottom to illuminate the lantern.The LANTERN measures 17 1/2" tall x 7 1/4" wide x 6 1/4" deep.Due to the CLEAR LENS this was used either has a Bow or Stern Light.Pretty Cool Old Lantern!I can find no stamp manufacturer marks however. This is a pair of Antique/Vintage brass boat running lights in fresh estate condition. Please see the photos for condition- there are no makers marks that I can see. The glass lenses are a combo of Red and Green glass. One crack can be seen in one of the glass lenses but no glass is missing so could be glued and still display well- some of the metal fin is missing but as it is at the back of the light it will still display well once it is cleaned. Antique Perko Delite Marine Brass and Steel Bow Oil Lantern Red & Green
For sale is a nice old marine lamp-lantern made by Perko De Lite Lamp. This one is made of copper and what appears to be galvanized metal. It has the original oil lamp inside and a green and a red glass lens. They are both in good shape and not broken. Mounting bracket on back with original Perko brass tag. Hanging or holding loop on top. This Nautical Ship Lantern measures 10" x 5½" x 5" It is all original and uncleaned. The gentleman I got this from said he used to use the lantern in it when he camped as a kid. Inside you can see the carbon left from when the lamp was lit. I think if this was wired right. It would make a beautiful and different kind of light for a nautically decorated room.

I have not been able yo open the back. When plugged in it does not light. A bulb may be needed. The lens has an issue with a line that runs across the face but it can not be felt by may hand on the outside. A second line on the lower left can be felt. The light plug appears to have been converted to normal current for the home.

Here is a BEAUTY of an old VINTAGE/ANTIQUE PERKO ship/ boat running light. This is an ORIGINAL BRONZE or Brass not sure very heavy 6 pounds. This is a HUGE 10 inch long x 5 1/2 wide x 5 inch tall ORIGINAL PERKO. This has a clear glass and the GLASS is in MINT CONDITION Has a really nice PURPLE TINT TO THE GLASS FROM YEARS OUT ON THE WATER. There are no cracks or chips in the glass. The Bronze has a few chrome specs remaining in a couple of spots and a couple of faint very minor spots-scratches. There is a mark on the rim photo 6 and there are a couple of foundry pour marked when it was made photo 7. Has polished up very nice. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE STUNNER OF A PIECE from a time gone by. I am not sure if this might have been a STERN LIGHT. There is NO light in the housing but the socket is there as well as the circular marked PERKO light plug ... morephoto 12 reads PERKO. Antique Vintage Red Bow Boat Light Mounted on Clamp Port Side Maritime Works
This is most likely considered an antique(50+ years old) The only stamp on it. Is on the"on switch" and it simply says, Made In USA" I bought it from an elderly man that was down-sizing. It was described as a"Red Bow" boat light. It's for the"port" side of the boat. It's battery operated and the stainless steel housing is in very good condition, having maybe 2 small"pit marks" The red plastic lens is also in great shape, having only 1 or 2"rub marks" The metal clamp is a flat colored metal and would clean up nicely, there is one small area of surface rust(1-2" on the inside, but the finish is smooth in that area so there is no structural damage, at all. The"turn screw" that tightens the clamp to the boat, is bent and could use a bit of straightening out. The light ... morestill works, I turned it on and took pictures of it, lit up. The light, itself, measures nearly 7" in length. The clamp's inside width is 2 5/8" It's a really great light. I've looked at a number of boat lights online and have yet to find a similar one. It would make a great addition to the collection of someone that collects maritime items!

Antique unique boat bow running light/handmade/late 1800s - early 1900s
This is a rare. Unique handmade bow running light that I would say dates to the late 1800s or early 1900s. It is galvanized metal in a triangular shape- there is a door in the back that slides up to install illumination. One the front, there are two loops which must have been used to attach it to something on the bow. I have never seen a bow light like this and living on the Northeast Coast, I see a lot of them. I believe this is a handmade effort. As for illumination, this may or may not have had a simple burner- it may also have had only candle power. It has never been electrified. Inside, there are three posts that would have held either a small burner of candle. Size is 10" high, by 8" across the back by 6&1/2" deep. Condition is as found and as shown. Please look at all photos to form your own idea of quality and condition. ... moreThere are traces of old paint. The green glass has many bubbles in it- the red, less so. I would say the red may be later than the green. In addition, there is a hairline crack/break of the red but it is quite stable as it sits and is barely noticeable. I would say this lamp is in very good condition for its age. Overall, this is a beautiful form that speaks volumes of the ingenuity of the men who went out to sea in the late 1800s and early part of the 1900s. US ship only. Thanks for looking!

Unusual Antique "Perko" Maritime Bow OIL Lantern ~Starboard & Port Lenses
Vintage“Perko” Maritime Bow Marker Oil Lamp Port& Starboard There seams to have been some repair to secure the Lenses and a Copper divide has been welded in on front of lamp. The Main case is galvanized metal and the top is brass. The Body is in good condition. With a mounting bracket on back and a Perko" oval stamped brass logo plate. The Lenses are red and a green(Port& Starboard) and in Perfect condition The Oil Burner seems to be a working unit with a wick still in place. The bottom of the lamp has a pinch clip insert. This is an old Atwood bow light. It measures 5 7/8 inches front to back and 4 1/2 inches wide. It is 2 3/4 inches tall. The light is used. But it in very good condition.
