Vintage Nautical Wooden Porthole Lamp, Clock, Anchor, & Pulley

And uses a AA battery to operate. The clock is centered in a wooden porthole, and keeps perfect time. There is a 3 way light switch installed on the lamp. The base of the lamp is 18" in length, 14" in width, and 3" thick. The lamp is 32" in height to the top of the harp where the shade sets. The shade measures 6.5" in diameter on the top, 14" on the bottom, and is 11" in height. Securing the shade is a heavy brass ship's steering wheel finial. The base of this lamp is bordered with fisherman's rope, as is the base of the porthole clock, and the anchor chain pole. Vintage Antique STERN Nautical Hong Kong Copper Brass Oil Navigation Lantern 9"
This lantern was probably acquired in Singapore where my father-in-law operated a salvage diving business in the 70's.he was US Navy Diver. Who spent a lot of time on boats-and then driving ships, once he retired. The wick is trimmed, slides securely down and there is a reflector that slides in behind it. The wick cap does not click securely to the oil reservoir, though. The thumb wheel turns the wick up and there is one to open the hatch to pull up and refill the reservoir. The top clicks down securely where the ring is positioned. I have some better pictures but am having some trouble uploading from that camera. Email me if you would like to see more.

Vintage boat running light PERKO HUGE BOW LIGHT VINTAGE NAUTICAL BRONZE + GLASS
Here is a BEAUTY of an old VINTAGE/ANTIQUE PERKO ship/ boat running light. This is an ORIGINAL BRONZE or Brass not sure very heavy 6 pounds. This is a HUGE 10 inch long x 5 1/2 wide x 5 inch tall ORIGINAL PERKO. This has a clear glass and the GLASS is in MINT CONDITION Has a really nice PURPLE TINT TO THE GLASS FROM YEARS OUT ON THE WATER. There are no cracks or chips in the glass. The Bronze has a few chrome specs remaining in a couple of spots and a couple of faint very minor spots-scratches. There is a mark on the rim photo 6 and there are a couple of foundry pour marked when it was made photo 7. Has polished up very nice. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE STUNNER OF A PIECE from a time gone by. I am not sure if this might have been a STERN LIGHT. There is NO light in the housing but the socket is there as well as the circular marked PERKO light plug ... morephoto 12 reads PERKO. Rare Vintage 1968 Nautical Ship Table Lamp. This Lamp is made of Solid Wood(appears to be walnut) It has an anchor attached to the front and uses Authentic Ship Hawser Anchor Rope. The shade is lined with real rope and depicts an art scene of a sailing vessel and a small row boat in the background. It is marked"Whaling bark- 1840" The lamp h as old fashioned green felt like surface protector pad on the bottom to protect the surface it is rested upon. This impressive well made lamp is of quality and craftsmanship you cannot find anymore. The lamp is in well preserved condition. Having little wear to the finish. Here we have a very nice quality matched pair of ~ COPPER NAUTICAL BOAT LANTERNS ~. These Vintage boat lights were recently acquired out of a private estate. They are solid copper with glass lenses and appear to be very nice quality lamps. We believe that these were made in the 1960's era as replacements for the original antique lamps. I would imagine that they were very expensive to purchase when new. They measure 9 1/2 inches tall" not counting the bail handle" by about 6 inches wide. They are in very nice condition with only a couple fairly minor little dents. The ne burner has the chimney and the other burner does not. These Vintage boat lanterns would make a nice addition to your collection or look great on your Vintage boat. Very Old Nautical LARGE Birdcage Lantern-----Perko?
Very old lattern. 17 1/4" high to top of ring. About 7 1/2" wide. This lantern has several dents and cracks in the brass. Please look at all the pictures for the full condition. I took pictures of all the dents. Please look at the pictures carefully. One side looks really good for displaying, with all the dents in the back. There isn't anything wrong with the lens. Has oil burner. If you look at the last picture, I have it next to a known Perko lantern and they look very similar. In my opinion the name would have been on the oil burner, I don't think this one has the original oil burner but I honestly do not know.There is no name on this lantern,so i have know idea of what company made it. Vintage The Portable Light Co. New York Nautical spotlight base solid brass?
Here's a vintage base/stand for a nautical search/spotlight made by The Portable Light Co. New York. It seems to be made almost entirely of chrome plated brass or copper. Though confusingly there are some signs of rust in certain areas and it is very faintly magnetic. My best guess is that a thin layer of iron was put over the copper or brass base before the chrome was applied to act as a bonding agent. Everything still rotates well and would be perfect for use if put with a fitting spotlight. There is some paint staining and copper oxidization present. Mostly on the conical base piece.
