OLD MARINE BRONZE CAGED SHIP LIGHT FIXTURE
Up for auction I have this very nice old bronze Pauluhn brand vapor tight caged ship light fixture. It is constructed very heavy and in very good shape as shown in the pictures. The glass protective jar cover is in perfect shape with no scratches pits or chips. The rubber gasket to seal it is still in good. Not deteriorated yet. The Edison bulb socket is in ideal shape as well with hardly any corrosion going on at all. The cage threats are nice and screws really easy. The fixture has one wire compression fitting on one side of it as well as seen in the picture. This fixture is aged but been kept in a very controlled environment all this time. R&S Co. Maritime Light Fixture With Brass Cage And Pyrex Globe.
This auction is for an R&S(Russell& Stoll N.Y. maritime light fixture with a brass cage and a Pyrex globe. R&S CO NY appears on the brass cage in the third picture. The light fixture stands 8 inches high and weighs more than 8 pounds. After cleaning some of the paint off the cage. We found what appears to be cast brass underneath. The cage metal is nonmagnetic and has a brass color. The base, on the other hand, may be cast iron. It is magnetic. The only information I can find on the metal is the R&S CO NY. However the information on the globe reads PYREX T.M. REG. U.S. PAT. OFF. MADE IN U.S.A. The glass appears to be in good condition. But is still connected to the base. Antique Nautical Light Fixture, Wall Mount, Industrial Salvage, for Restoration
An antique nautical light acquired at an industrial salvage auction. There is no identifying information and I don't know what type of metal this is. It is covered with green verdigris except for the bottom edge which has been painted white. There is just a tiny bit of surface rust. Hardly worth mentioning, here and there, except for the cage which is completely rusted and broken. There is a porcelain bulb receptacle and the lens/shade is beautiful and made of thick ridged glass. It is about 7-1/2" high, with an opening inside diameter of 3-1/4" and a base diameter of about 5" It is very dirty but I am not doing any clean up as I don't want to disturb the patina or destroy the cage any further. zipedit] Description• This is a fantastic vintage 1930-40's era Nautical Maritime ceiling light fixture. The thick pressed glass shade has a soft pink finish with clear glass sailboats and anchors. The clear glass rim has a rope design and the bottom has a fabulous starburst sunburst compass pattern. The ceiling canopy has been refinished and has a copper colored metal ships wheel cover attached to a clear pressed glass telescope. The fixture has also been refinished and uses 3 bead chains that hold and suspend the shade. It has been completely rewired with a new porcelain socket and wiring. The glass shade measure 10.25" wide and is in excellent vintage condition with no chips. Cracks or loss of finish. Vintage Maritime Brass Wall Light Fixture with Anchor Rare!
I have never seen a light quite like this one! All I can do is give you measurements and I hope I can make them sound understandable to you. The part that goes against the wall is 4 1/2" in diameter. The center of the Anchor from the wall plate to the center point 4 1/4" From the base of the light to the outer tip of the curved point is 2 3/4" The area where the ceramic bulb holder sets is also 4 1/2" diameter. The old ceramic bulb holder can still be used but the wires are frayed. The widest overall distance from the wall to the outermost area of the fixture is 6 1/2" Hope you can make sense of this and thanks for looking!

Vintage Nautical Maritime Electric Ship Wheel Hanging Lantern Ceiling Light Fixture Lamp. Has 3 Lantern style lights hanging from the ship wheel. Made to be hard wired into the ceiling. All the wires are present. All the frosted glass shades are in great shape. There are some scratches on the ship wheel. But those can be touched up pretty easy if desired. One og the hanging lanterns is missing a twist on fastener for the top of one of the rods that goes from top to bottom. This does not effect the use. All in all this is a great nautical piece. Measures 24" across the ship wheel. Each lantern is 7"H and 6" wide. Hangs down about 22"

OLD NAVIGATION LANTERN LIGHT FIXTURE PITTSBURGH CHARLEROI MONESSEN PA.
Old navigation light in as found condition. I was told that this navigation light was mounted on a brick piling on the river by the Charleroi Monessen bridge. It is about 16 inches tall by about 13 inches wide. It is made of heavy metal with what I believe is a plastic lens with a lot of old paint on it. It weighs about 14 pounds. The majority of the items I sell are used and have had previous owners. They are not new and most will show normal signs of wear or use. The only info I could find on this company was from the 1930s which is likely commensurate with the age and patina on this lantern fixture. It measures 15 inches long from ceiling canopy to base. The base diameter of the lantern is 6-1/4 inches. The interior"jelly jar" glass measures 4-3/4 inches long and 4-1/4 inches in diameter. Vintage Industrial Age Light Spot Lamp Antique Marine Fixture Ship Military
This auction is for one vintage ship spot light. We bought this fixture from a local estate. It belonged to a man that served in the Navy as a dentist. This was part of a large lot of vintage dental equipment that we purchased. We were told that it was from one of the many military ships that he practiced on. The fixture does work. There is a separate bulb socket mounted on the plate that supports the round light diffuser that is not wired. But the bulb in the center of the diffuser works(see pictures) Cosmetically, there are scratches and plenty of wear. It was painted black at some point and that paint is flaking and there is surface rust present(see pictures) It has been in storage for quite a while and it needs to be cleaned.
