I was told that it is extremely rare to see a 7" lantern lamp piece designed as an electric table lamp. Vintage Nautical Barometer Lamp, Ship in Bottle & Starboard Copper Lantern
A rare vintage nautical barometer lamp with a ship in the bottle and an antique copper starboard oil lamp with a blue glass lens. The barometer is a Carrington. Which was made in England, and is in working order. The antique copper starboard oil lamp is a Tung Woo, and is in excellent condition for its age. The 3 way light switch controls both the lamp and lantern, so one can light both lamps or just one of them. The vintage ship in the bottle has a chain attached to the cork, which is anchored to a brass post on the base of the lamp. The base of this lamp is bordered with fisherman's rope, as is the barometer. The wood on this vintage lamp may have some scuff marks from its long journeys, but appears in great condition for its age. The lamp stands 30” in height, 20” in width, and 10” in depth. PERKO Perking Marine Lamp& Hardware Corp. Lantern. This is a great decorative peace. It does have some patina to it. I only dusted it with a soft bristled paint brush. It is missing the globe and wick, but appears otherwise complete. The outside of lantern is in great shape for age with minimal imperfections that only add to the character of the piece. I am no expert on antiques. But my dad was. All items are authentic not reproductions. I did learn a lot from my dad, so any questions feel free to ask. I'll do my best to answer in a timely manner. Gorgeous Port Light Lantern. Lantern measures approx. 10 inches tall(not counting the pail 3.5" type handle) by 7 inches wide by 6 inches deep. I have sold a half dozen nautical lamps and this is by far the fairest of them all.inside 7 out. It has a beautiful patina. Only one very small dent, no scratching or chips. There are two layers of curved glass.the exterior glass(Barcelona Glass) is clear and a red internal curved piece. Both pieces excellent.no chips or cracks There is an opening. Surrounded by a rubber gasket, going into the lamp. Not sure what it is for, maybe a lead light. I placed a small light in the body to show what this lamp can look like. Could be electrified quite easily with the hole already there. Great looking lamp. Would look great all lit up out on a boat dock. By the pool or on a patio. This is a HUGE antique ship navigation light. I have never seen one this large. It weighs over 17 lbs and measures 24"including the handle. The bottom plate is missing. The globe is red and is stamped and made by Perko so I think just the glass was made by them. Im not sure if this has the original wiring or if it was rewired for personal use there is a light bulb inside that hangs from the top. The bulb and wires can be easily removed.

I bought this for decoration some time ago and am now moving. It does not have a base. 10" tall with top ring included in measurement. 8" tall without top ring. It is 4" wide. It's dirty. Never cleaned it- that would loose the decorating charm! Noting seems cracked or split. It's obviously been used back in the day. Gotta wonder on what ship! Enjoy and thank for looking. PRESENTATION BRASS MARINE LANTERN CIRCA 1850 This lantern could be either marine or railroad presentation. The glass fixed globe is free blown with applied glass band at the top. The globe is copper wheel cut with the initials“J. W. M. with a surrounding leaf pattern at the base. This lantern has been used in the marine environment as can be seen in the photograph of the base. It has a kerosene burner in the brass font which probably replaced a whale oil burner. It is in excellent condition with only some minor dents. It measures 16 ½ inches to top of carrying ring. 12 ½ inches with carrying ring down, and 5 ¾ inches at base. It is copper wheel cut decoration of vine and leaf centered with the name“O.S. Shaler” The burner is a brass kerosene burner and probably a later replacement during the period of use. It measures 17 inches high overall including the ring and 7 inches cage diameter. FOUND AT A HOUSE SALE IN MIDCOAST MAINE.

Erie Canal Boat Headlight Lantern ? Railroad?
This is a very old oil lamp/ headlight lantern. It was discovered in an old barn on the banks of the original Erie Canal(construction started near this location in 1817. Several railroad lanterns of later vintage where also found. It has a rusty patina. The box has sliding glass panels on three sides that surround the oil lamp and parabolic reflector. One of these panels is broken. The lamp has cracks in the glass chimney. The chimney has"Crescent" and a logo etched in the glass. No other markings are on the lamp. The side wings are mirrors and are adjustable. The parabolic reflector is in excellent condition with no major flaws to the surface. It is removable. The lamp is 10 inch x 10 inch x 15 inch high. I am calling this a canal boat lamp only because of it's proximity to the old Erie Canal. And because it resembles pictures ... moreI have seen of other canal lights. This could also be railroad. Rare Vintage Perko Brass Ship Boat Large Tank Lantern
Super nice original Perko lantern that shows little use. The wick shows that it was used some. And the glass shield around the wick is cracked. Other than that this is an outstanding example of this lantern with the extra large tank. There are a couple of tiny dings but nothing noticeable. This has not been polished, and is in original untouched condition. There is a small Perko tag on one side but the engraving is light and will not show up for the camera. The lantern is 14" high not counting the top ring, and 7" diameter at the base of the tank. This is a lantern from my personal collection that I am selling off. The dimensions(without the lamp extension) are about 16" to the top of the handle. It is about 10.5" deep and 10.5" wide.

Large Vintage/Antique Brass/Copper Ships Reflector Oil Lantern. The lantern itself is 24" tall(with chimney) and about 15" wide. With the handle it is about 32" tall. It appears to be complete with burner and glass chimney. The hinges need to be soldered(they are barely hanging on) There are gray paint splatters on the lantern and plenty of patina. It has a place on the back for wall mount(I think) The handle is bent and dented but the lantern itself is in pretty good condition. The handle and possibly the chimney will be removed for shipping purposes. I didn't show a pic of the wicks but they look new. Antique Maritime Boat Navigators Lantern! It is Marked Navigators Lantern but it is so covered in old paint you can only make out the L. See pics. Somewhat rare piece. Brass with Original glass and original candle, see pics. Stands about 8 1/2" tall not including handle/hanger. It's been painted black over what looks like it's original green. Most of these I've seen have a back piece with two metal"handles" So either this one came without them and with this hanger or the handles were removed and the hanger added later. However I don't see any removal holes anywhere on the back but I do see possible old weld marks covered up with old paint. There is a metal peg missing on the front that slides the inner door around to block the light. The door does slide. It has both the inner brass slide door and blackened metal ... moresheathe. Hard to show in pics. Paint is severely flaked. It is in it's original condition as is the candle see pics. Glass is not chipped nor cracked but dingy, needs cleaned and has a cool air bubble in it but you can only see it when it's opened and I didn't get a picture. Very solid hinges are tight and fine. One small dent near globe on it's right if facing it. Hard to see but I got the best pic I could of it. Clasp is strong and door shuts tightly. Nothing wiggles or moves around. You could actually use this right now. All in original condition. The only thing I'm not definite on is it's age. It could be back as far as the Civil War era or just late 1800's. It is believed to have been used as a Railroad signal lantern. conductor's lamp on a train here in the Southwest but I have no evidence to prove that. Very unique Antique nautical metal lantern. The lantern has 8 glass sides. 3 lights(electric candles) The Antique lantern also has 8 knobs as feet. With a wooden handle. The wood and lantern is a little worn, nothing you would not expect from a antique. It also has a mounted arch. Needs to be rewired. Maybe the lantern was originally gas. But not 100% sure. Comes with 7 1/2" feet of chain. I think it was used on a Old Cruise Ship as a swag. You can take the chain off and just use on a table. After it was rewired. Measures 20 1/2" tall 6 3/4"wide.

Antique Copper & Brass Lantern Horse & Buggy
16 inch long lantern originally made in the late 19th century for the horse and buggy trade. Two sides are thick beveled glass and one has a round red glass center. Someone decided to wire it and use it for their house. We bought it years ago with the intention of restoring it to its original condition. The housing and top is copper. The bottom, which should unscrew, probably held oil. It has been dropped a few times in its 150 year history. So, it is a project. You could hang it up and put a candle in it, rewire it, or do what we meant to do and restore it.

Lantern Vintage Kerosene/Candle Ship Railroad Auto Barn Nautical Maritime E-5
This is an old lantern. I do not know where it was used. It has old paint and surface rust. It is about 5“ wide and 6” deep. With the handle up it is about 14” The top cap is 3 ½” in diameter. The side has a slide plate for inside access. There is a small glass window on the back. The front flat glass is 5“ in diameter. It has some deposits on the inside. I do not know if it needs a kerosene holder or work with a candle. Neither are included. It is for display and non-operating. As always since 2001.
