Vintage Nautical Pulley Lamp With Anchor Decor

The lamp height is 30" to the top of the harp where the shade sets. This lamp is believed to have been made in England, and has a 3 way light switch installed. The lamp also has an anchor on the side of the 2 rope pulley giving it the nautical look. The neck of the lamp has the look of an old nautical lantern. There may be some scuffs marks or nicks on the wood from it's journeys, but it appears to be in great condition. Wonderful original patina and in great working condition. It is really quite heavy. Weighing over 7 lbs. Ceramic neck inside; ribbed glass. I do not know if this was originally in a ceiling hanging down or on a deck standing up.the more knowledgeable ebay maritime collector knows more than me! Measures approx. 10 3/4" h x 4 3/4" w. Vintage Large Electric Perko Marine Lamp Lantern Was told this is a WWII bow Convoy lamp. The deep purple glass was used as a very short range lamp so as to avoid U-boats from detecting them. It is in very good condition for its age. There are no chips or cracks in glass. Has a screw off top. There are a few minor dings on the top, but overall, it is in very good condition. Power cord measures 11' Measures: 15"H, 9.5"W. Would make a great conversation piece or an excellent addition to a WWII collection. Great vintage piece.not many of these left. Up for auction is a vintage antique signed Perko nautical maritime chrome plated oil lamp recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia. PA area. It is found in good used condition, but is missing parts such as the bracket, wick and glass chimney. The base is signed"Perko" Someone wrote the word"Dee" in red on the base too. Both are best seen in photo#5. This lamp is weighted so when hung, it will maintain in an upright position. The base has an approximate diameter of 2 3/4" and measures approximately 6 1/4' in size. The barometer was made in England. And the lamp is also believed to have been made in England. The lamp has a brass colored signal lantern on one side labeled port. Which has a red lens. On the other side of the lamp is a 2 rope wooden pulley. The wooden base of this lamp is 16" in length, 10" in width, and around 2" thick. Vintage 1942 Alderson& Gyde Nautical Ship Brass and Glass Oil Lamp Fixture WWII Measures 16.5 by 8 by 5.5 inches. Lamp is in good condition for its age. The area where the wick is put is clean and not used or hardly used. It shows little to no signs of burning marks or anything of that nature. There is moderate tarnishing and marking of the brass on the outside but most of it is purely cosmetic. There is some oxidization here and there but nothing major. This lamp does not come with a handle but has the holes for one. In terms of keys for the keyholes or locks or anything. This is a Vintage Wall Mount Brass Oil Lamp for a Ship or Large Boat. It looks to be complete and in excellent condition. There is some minor cosmetic wear such as light scratches and some discoloration. The winder for the wick. It looks like this is all original and it didn't have a round part on the end because there are no signs of damage. That is the only piece I might question. Please look at all the pictures closely so you know exactly what you're bidding on. This would be an excellent addition for your collection! Vintage Maritime Ship Light Spot Lamp Antique Marine Flood Fixture Ship Military
This auction is for one vintage ship spot light. We bought this fixture from a local estate. It belonged to a man that served in the Navy as a dentist. This was part of a large lot of vintage dental equipment that we purchased. We were told that it was from one of the many military ships that he practiced on. The fixture does work. There is a separate bulb socket mounted on the plate that supports the round light diffuser that is not wired. But the bulb in the center of the diffuser works(see pictures) Cosmetically, there are scratches and plenty of wear. It was painted black at some point and that paint is flaking and there is surface rust present(see pictures) It has been in storage for quite a while and it needs to be cleaned. Great Matching Pair of Old. Marine Ship's Lantern Lamps. These look like Brass.and they also look like Bronze.I can't be sure. I DO know that the Handles are Bronze. I am estimating that these probably date back to Late World War I or Early World War II and may well have been used on military vessels and/or Merchant marine vessels. They are Electric and have Rotating Shutters both on the body and in the bottoms of the lamps. In this way, the light could be closed off both from the sides and the bottoms as need be.kind of an early manual rheostat. These both Measure 8" Tall to the top of the Threaded, Screw-in Lid. The lid, itself measures 3 3/4" Diameter and has a 1 1/2" tall Wire Pass-through apparatus. To the top of the extended handle measures 12" The Base of the lantern measures 5 1/2" Diameter. Each of ... morethese Weigh a hefty 8 3/4 Lbs. Both lids have the Original Removable Light Bulb Sockets. Condition: Number THREE(see pics) is 100% Complete in that it has the little handle sticking off of the side of the rotating shutter for ease of opening and closing the shutter. Number ONE is missing that little handle. That's the only difference. The bottom slide on Number ONE is bent a bit but because it's made of very thin brass. It can EASSILY be pressed back into shape.I'll leave that up to the winning bidder along with re-wiring them. I removed the old cut-off wire stumps that were in the housings and needed to go but I'm not going to re-wire them.that's for you to do. It's a no-brainer.stick the wire through the housing, stick the ends of your bared wire in the set screws.tighten and Voila! I am selling a large vintage PERKO ship light. As pictured. It stands about 22 inches tall with the handle, about 9.5 inches wide. The globe is very thick glass and it has a few small chips as you often see with the ones that were used, but that does not detract as you can see in the pictures. Overall it is in great condition. And uses a AA battery to operate. The clock is centered in a wooden porthole, and keeps perfect time. There is a 3 way light switch installed on the lamp. The base of the lamp is 18" in length, 14" in width, and 3" thick. The lamp is 32" in height to the top of the harp where the shade sets. The shade measures 6.5" in diameter on the top, 14" on the bottom, and is 11" in height. Securing the shade is a heavy brass ship's steering wheel finial. The base of this lamp is bordered with fisherman's rope, as is the base of the porthole clock, and the anchor chain pole. This is a vintage Ship Lantern that say's on the knob inside the glass The National Marine Lamp Co. I showed a picture but it is difficult to read as the writing is very small. This piece was purchased at an estate sale from an avid collector and they told me it has been hanging in their kitchen for over 40 years and they had purchased it from an antique store. Vintage Brass Wilcox Crittenden Conn Ship Boat Light Lantern Lamp Red & Green
I do not know how old this lantern is. I think that it is old enough to be considered vintage or possibly antique. The oval plate on the back of it reads. Wilcox, Crittenden& Co. Inc. Middletown, Conn. U.S.A. It appears to be brass. Most of the photos make the metal look redder than it actually is. The photos where the metal looks like it has a very slight greenish tint are closer to representing the actual color. I see where the close-up of the hole where the burner goes makes the edges look like maybe the metal is not brass. In real life. That is not the case. The edges look like brass. A magnet will not stick to any of the lantern and I believe that it is solid brass. I have provided a photo of the bottom being held up to a light to show how it might look when illuminated. Not including the ring at the top. It measures about 9 ½ ... moreinches high. The ring at the top adds about 1 3/4 inches. It weighs about 2 pounds 3.5 ounces. The divider is removable. The condition is much like you see it in the photos. The burner is missing. Otherwise. It is generally in excellent condition. The tarnish is a little uneven and there is a little green oxidation on the back that you can see in a photo. I have provided a close-up of a bend in the edge of the hole for the burner. I do not know if it should be there or not. A close-up shows a small shallow depression just below the seam on the chimney. I do not know if it was made that way or not. Otherwise, are no dents in the metal or breaks or cracks in the glass. The inside and a little of the outside of the glass could use some cleaning. It looks like there is some soot on the inside of the top part. There is a little of some kind of dark hard gunk on the bottom that you can see in the photo of the bottom. Vintage Circa WW II Era Royal Navy Binnacle Oil or Kerosene Lamp Compass Light. The piece appears complete. It has wear, is dusty/dirty, lite rust a few tiny dings& some scratches. Overall it looks great for its age. Some burner parts look to be copper, brass arm that lifts,and I think reflector is zinc with the largest part being tin or steel. My best guess its tin. It measures about 6-1/4"s long about 5-1/2"s wide about 5-7/8th"s tall. This would be for sliding into a compass binnacle for lighting up the compass without illumintating the bridge. When we were researching this on the internet we found that the Royal Navy contracted to make these under a license with Alderson& Gyde, PLAYMIT and BEC.

The lantern has a brass door and cap on top and is complete with the oil burner and wick inside. The lantern is approx. 10-1/2" tall. The lantern has overall moderate surface corrosion and I have not attempted to clean or polish it. The glass is intact and not cracked. The metal carrying loop on top has broken off. Here's a Nice Vintage Wall Mounted Gimbal Ship's Oil Lamp with Sea Serpent offered at NO RESERVE! The fellow I acquired this from told me it was from an old Wood Chris Craft he owned back in the 1970s. He thought the lamp itself was from the 1950s. And he kept it in his office as a remembrance since selling the boat. The bracket for the gimbal mount has a wonderful Sea Serpent, and it all seems of a very good quality. The only name I see is on the wick adjustment knob which appears to read"Marmen" plus a couple other letters. The brass has areas of tarnish, the most to the top of the dome at the top(picture 6) I do not have the glass shade but that should be easily sourced. The wood has a few minor nicks and so forth, and the height of the wood is about 21" while with the lamp in place the overall height is approximately ... more24 and 1/2" I will disassemble this for shipping, which includes insurance and will be $15.00 in the lower 48, Thanks

Up for auction is a vintage New York Auto Lamp Co. Spotlight produced in New York. NY. Despite it being made by the auto company, it really seems to be a marine/nautical spotlight to me based off its design. Has a nice patina- you can see a slight imperfection in the glass faceplate in the photos. The diameter of the face is approximately 7 1/4" I plugged it into the wall and it turns right on. Height measured from the base where it meets the board to the top is about 17" If you do not want the wooden board it is currently attached to we can arrange for a slight reduction in shipping cost- light will be detached from wooden base for shipping anyway. Vintage Nautical Wood Porthole Lamp Clock, Anchor, & Pulley
Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 A rare unique nautical lamp with a wooden porthole. And a clock. The Carrington quartz clock, which was made in England uses a AA battery to operate. This beautifully crafted lamp also has a ship’s anchor chained to a post wrapped with fisherman’s rope. There is also a one rope wooden pulley, which adds to the nautical theme of this unique lamp. The base of the lamp is 18" in length, 14" in width, and 3” in depth. This lamp is 32" in height to the top of the harp where the shade sets. The shade measures 6.5" in diameter on the top, 14" on the bottom, and is 11" in height. Securing the shade is a heavy brass ship's steering wheel finial. Bordering the base of the lamp is fisherman's rope, as is the base of the porthole clock, and the anchor chain pole. There may be some ... morescuffs marks or nicks on the wood of the lamp from its journeys, but I would say this lamp is in great condition for its age. This vintage nautical lamp will make a great conversational piece, and will add to any decor.

Offered for sale is a rare size 15" tall Vintage Cargo Light Kerosene Lantern Holder NO 3954 Made in Great Britain 1939. This lantern holder is in great original condition with lots of patina. A couple dents on the top but nothing major, the glass is all good with no chips or cracks, the handles are fine and they are the original ones, the rods that protect the glass are also all good, it is a great piece. This lantern/lamp holder measures 15" tall not including the handles, it is about 7" wide from rod to rod and you can fit a normal size lamp inside, you don't have to have a glass chimney, because it already has side glass panels.
