amazing antique vintage brass oil lantern. I dont know exactly the age of the piece but it is in really good shape. The main material is brass with cool copper rivets, there are a couple steel pieces that keep the piece together. the lantern has the original patina it has not been cleaned, some people prefer it like that. this is an estate sale find in great condition, measurements 4 1/2 deep 4 1/2 wide this measurements are of the box only by 9 1/2 tall. please feel free to contact me with any questions, thanks you.

Antique Marine~Harbor~Ship Lantern-Lamp~Unmarked Electric Lamp
I am not an expert to this type nautical maritime lamp. I will try my best to describe this lamp. Don't see any marking. Stand 8" in high and about 5" widest from handle to handle. Lamp is rounded, electric,complete with the thick glass cover. I am thinking that this lamp was possibly use along the harbor. The metal casing is intact and possibly brass/copper? Here is a great vintage Perko port side ship lantern. It has a couple of dings and dents but still shows well. It also has a small chip in red lens at the top. The lantern is painted but made from galvanized steel and the top cover looks like brass. There is a large bulb inside not sure if it is any good. Please see pictures for further description. Antique Wooden Nautical TV Lamp Night Light Lighthouse Ash Tray Oriental Flair
This is a VERY COOL old lamp. It was found at a local estate sale in which the family had no desire to go through the decades and decades of possessions. The family opened the house to customers who were allowed to dig through the house as it sat. We found this in the back of a crawl space attic in a very old box. I know really nothing about it but will explain it to the best of my ability. If you have any questions or information. Feel free to send me a note. This is made of a stunning wood with a rich golden tone& a tight. Dark grain. It measures 10 3/4" long, 10 1/2" tall and 3 1/4" wide. It is a lighthouse with aluminum ashtray. The lighthouse is a light. The screws on this item are flat head. knob on the side is an on/off switch. It has a strange electrical plug.Japanese maybe? The light socket is slightly bigger than ... morea standard night light. The only markings are a tag on the bottom of ashtray(see last pic) It is in very good condition. There is nothing wrong with the ashtray. The white mark is due to the camera flash. It does have some light wear to the finish on wood(near ashtray) We were unable to test it due to the unusual electrical cord. It is a very fun and unusual item. Antique whale oil lamp lantern light onion globe silver plated BIG nautical
This incredible light is from an old Wellesley MA estate. It stands about 20" tall to the top of the fixed ring on the top of the heat cage. The globe is around 10" in diameter. The metal surfaces are silver plated and in need of polishing. The base has some denting as shown. The font is original but the burner is missing. The light was electrified at some point but it would be easy enough to remove those parts. A very rare light. Thanks for looking.

F H LOVELL& CO.Antique Brass Nautical Ships Lantern late 1800's lamp. This lantern looks great! The glass is thick and very old. There are no flaws.Chips or cracks in the glass. I was going to electrify this lantern but it would not go with any of our other decor.Just a couple of slight dents in the brass from use. Right now there is no means by which to light this lantern. I dropped in a light bulb to show off the color of the glass when illuminated. This is a great piece of history. F H Lovell started around the civil war era. It made marine lanterns primarily. By the early 1920's the name was changed because the company merged with a railroad lantern company so this lantern was most likely manufactured around 1880. The lantern is 10 inches tall(14 inches tall with handle) and the width is 9 inches in diameter.

Antique Authentic Red Port-Side Ship Lantern/Lamp, Nice
This ship lantern has red lens which is in good shape; no noted chips or cracks. The bottom opens where the"oil lamp" was kept. This antique lantern has not been restored; rather. It is in its natural state after many years of use. The lantern is likely handmade/handcrafted and I would say it is from the early 20th century. I believe it is made of tinned iron and brass. The original brass oil/kerosene burner is in great original condition. I am unsure whether this lantern is a Perko marine lamp; it is unmarked from what I could determine. The port-side light was likely used on small river and harbor craft such as water taxis or tug boats. It measures approximately 10.25" in height to the top of the ring; 6" in width at the widest point; and, 4.5" in depth. Use your own judgment. And look at the pictures carefully. They probably date back to the teens or 1920s. The brass has been painted over with black paint. They both have been wired for electricity and don’t have their burners. Although their reflectors are present. They measure approximately 17” high to the top of the handle. And 7-1/4” wide. One lantern still has its mounting bracket. And the globe has a crack on the side(approx. 3” long) Also that cap on top is missing a small piece where it would attach to the lantern. Antique Marine Nautical * Tin Oil Lantern * Lamp * Very Good!
Antique Nautical Marine Oil Lantern to start a new paragraph use- This is a great example of an antique marine oil lantern. It's one of the best ones I've seen. The main body ~ top/bottom is free of dents. The hanger and tie downs are intact. The wires or cage is there and in good condition. The glass is free of chips on the outside, has some of the little flea bite size around the rim on the bottom inside like they all do. And the bottom oil lamp part is there, the hinge works and it stays closed when you hold it up. I don't see a mark on the glass, but this looks like a Perkins lantern. At one time had a finish on it ~ I have left this, it does chip off if you care to totally remove it and just have that old zinc/tin look, but right now it has great patina! I have pretty much left it in"as found" condition, I wiped ... morethe glass off inside and out. It measures 8 3/4 inches tall with the top ring down and about 10 1/8 with it up. The base is 4 1/8 inches across. This is a pair of Antique/Vintage brass boat running lights in fresh estate condition. Please see the photos for condition- there are no makers marks that I can see. The glass lenses are a combo of Red and Green glass. One crack can be seen in one of the glass lenses but no glass is missing so could be glued and still display well- some of the metal fin is missing but as it is at the back of the light it will still display well once it is cleaned. It measures from the bottom to the top of the handle approx 24" and Width at the widest point is approx. 12 1/2" and weighs 15 lbs. It is constructed of Copper and Brass. Antique Perko 1256 Hand Held Nautical/Maritime Lamp-Glass Globe
This old lamp has a metal protective screen around the original glass shade and a wooden handle below the lamp as opposed to a metal swinging handle above the lamp. The metal cage is a little bent. And the handle has a crack running full length on one side and a smaller crack near the bottom, as shown in our photos. The base is marked Perko with the number 1256. The glass globe has a“P” embossed near the base. Then numbers“9(S-3129-L” followed by“Type O. The handle has a threaded fitting on the bottom so it could be mounted on a corresponding fitting somewhere. But the threads are corroded. Extraordinary Antique Wooden Kerosene "Steam Boat" Lamp
Greetings. This is a remarkable very old wooden Lantern with an elegant white etching of a Steam Boat trudging full speed ahead through the high seas. Steamboats's have been around since the late 1700's. They reached their peak in the mid 1800's and continued on through the 1920's or so. I do not know the age of this lantern but suspect mid-late 1900's and also suspect that it was used on the boat that is portrayed. I could not find another one like it. This lantern is made like a barrel out of hard wood and is quite heavy, it measures 5 1/4" tall and has a circumference of 15" I believe the top and lining are made of brass. There is a very small nick at the top that does not detract from the appearence at all but I want to be descriptive. The over-all condition of this lantern is splendid and the etching is ... morecrisp and bright. Antique Wooden "Steam Boat" Oil Lamp
Greetings. This is a very old wooden oil Lamp with an elegant white etching of a Steam Boat trudging full speed ahead through the high seas. Steamboats's have been around since the late 1700's. They reached their peak in the mid 1800's and continued on through the 1920's or so. I do not know the exact age of this lantern but suspect mid-late 1900's and also suspect that it was used on the boat that is portrayed. I could not find another one like it. This lamp is made of a hard redish wood and is quite heavy, Maple is my guess. It's barrel shaped and measures 5 1/4" tall with a circumference of 15" The opening at the top of the base and the lining appear to be made of brass and would shine up nicely. There is a very small nick at the top that does not detract from the appearence at all but I want to be descriptive. ... moreThe over-all condition of this Lamp is wonferful and the etching is crisp and bright. Vintage Maritime Ship Light Spot Lamp Antique Marine Flood Fixture Ship Military
This auction is for one vintage ship spot light. We bought this fixture from a local estate. It belonged to a man that served in the Navy as a dentist. This was part of a large lot of vintage dental equipment that we purchased. We were told that it was from one of the many military ships that he practiced on. The fixture does work. There is a separate bulb socket mounted on the plate that supports the round light diffuser that is not wired. But the bulb in the center of the diffuser works(see pictures) Cosmetically, there are scratches and plenty of wear. It was painted black at some point and that paint is flaking and there is surface rust present(see pictures) It has been in storage for quite a while and it needs to be cleaned. The dimensions are 19.5" tall, 19.5" wide, and 15" deep. Please email me with any questions.
