Really lovely antique brass spot lamp with all original intact components. I think this was once the spotlight on a boat because it is all brass. But I can't be certain because i cannot find another one like it anywhere. There are no markings of any kind. Measurements: 10" tall overall glass lens is 4.25" in diameter base is 3" across Original Mazda lightbulb. Original reflector in fantastic condition, some of the original wiring is intact in the brass coil housing. If i knew anything about rewiring. I would refurbish this in a heartbeat and make a really cool and unique lamp.

This antique brass/copper oil lamp is in excellent condition and has a beautiful patina. Only 2 tiny dings at the very top of the chimney about 2mm wide. It measures 13.5"H by 7" W. I can not find a makers mark. But I don't want to polish it to find out. Many antique dealers prefer brass or copper items in there natural aged state. The glass is in excellent condition, no chips or cracks and is beveled. Still has the original oil container with wick and the wick turner does rotate.

I would guess vintage at 1870's to 1880's, but could be earlier.Brass knurled knob to lift top is worn,so this was obviously used a lot. Mirror inside removes easily for cleaning and polishing. The burner says P& A MFG Waterbury Conn. It opens up as shown in pictures. Has a little screw that probably held in a shade. Great piece. TERMS: Payment is due within 3 days from end of Auction. Offered with no reserve. A rare Perkins Marine Lamp. This is made by the Perkins Marine Lamp and Hardware Company of Brooklyn New York. Has a small brass ID tag just under the toggle switch. See picture#3. The lamp stands 15" tall and is 7" in diameter at the base. Copper construction. Features 2 tie down hooks at the base. Also has hook on the top cover. There are several metal"arms" that protect the globe. One of these is missing the top screw. See second to last picture. This is a dry cell battery operated lamp. It appears the necessary wires are in place. See pics#6.7,8, cannot guarantee the lamp will light and it was not tested) There is a on/off toggle switch just above the ID tag that has a screw on"cover nut" attached to a chain. See pics#3 and 4. Estate Find. This very large maritime lantern converted to a lamp. In full working order. Use light in lantern or light on top or both. Not sure of the metal. This lantern is mounted on a solid wood base and comes with original paper shade that is covered with a nautical collage theme. Think it was wall paper glued to shade. Does need some regluing. Shade is 15" x 15"Lantern has clear glass encased in thick metal wire. Has on off switch on top. Lantern is approx. 16" with base not including dowel that holds light bulb and shade. This is a great antique nautical find This is a ships table lamp light. Keyhole on bottom attaches it to table or wall to hold secure and yet can be removed. Comes with an extra long cord with a toggle switch for turning on and off. Older cord may want to update if using or leave original cord for collecting. It has a blackish finish on the base and on the shade might just be aged patina doesn't appear to be paint. It has a gold scfroll design on both the base and shade. Large Antique Nautical Lantern Vintage 5-way Green Ship Lamp Port& Starboard Used- Antique Nautical Lantern This lantern has some discoloration around glass and on seams. Pictures reflect a bent spot along one of the upper seams. Approximate size is 14.5" tall including carry handle by 9" wide. This lantern has NOT been converted to an electrical light. I have included the lighted pictures so you can see the brilliance of the green glass. Glass does not have any cracks or major scratches in them. The glass does not have any marks in the glass, other than what appears to be consistent with how glass was made during that time. I do not know the exact age of this lantern. However it is the only one I have seen with 5 semi-globe sections. I was going to convert this Kerosene/oil lamp into a lighted lamp and clean it up for my nautical ... morethemed room, but never got around to it. I now am moving and liquidating some of my stuff. I did pay quit a bit for this lamp due to its unusualness and size, however I am willing to take any reasonable offers. This would be a great old kerosene o conversion lantern to put in a parlor, back porch, sitting room or make great lighting for movie night. I prefer the green over your normal red port lights because it is a little softer and not as aggressive in nature depending on your usage or if you decide to use it for a child's night lantern for sleeping. It is very heavy and made of thick bronze and brass. It runs on 110v and takes a standard bulb. The bulb is not included. We left all of the original patina on it but it would polish up to a mirror finish. We were told they used these in navy battleship pilothouses but we don't know for sure.
