For sale are two brass nautical/industrial Brass explosionproof light housings. I was told these were from the 40s but cannot confirm that. They were made by R. Lovell& Company in Arlington New Jersey. They are made of brass but at some point were painted. So. They have been sandblasted back to their original condition. First is that it was used on a railway train lantern or train bridge signal light. They other response I got was that it was a ship's signal light or used for navigation through fog. Antique Perko Delite Marine Brass and Steel Bow Oil Lantern Red & Green
For sale is a nice old marine lamp-lantern made by Perko De Lite Lamp. This one is made of copper and what appears to be galvanized metal. It has the original oil lamp inside and a green and a red glass lens. They are both in good shape and not broken. Mounting bracket on back with original Perko brass tag. Hanging or holding loop on top. This Nautical Ship Lantern measures 10" x 5½" x 5" It is all original and uncleaned. The gentleman I got this from said he used to use the lantern in it when he camped as a kid. Inside you can see the carbon left from when the lamp was lit. I think if this was wired right. It would make a beautiful and different kind of light for a nautically decorated room.

This is a set of 2 vintage frosted hanging lamps. They are in very nice condition with the original electrical cords/plugs. These lamps have hung in my elderly parents' home since the 70's. Although I'm not sure of the exact age. The pictured velvet covers for the cord are also included. Each lamp comes with 5 hanging crystals that hang down from the top of the lamp, and the lamps are approximately 22 inches long and 6 inches wide. Very Rare PURPLE Masthead Signal Lantern made by Perko from the early 1900s. This piece is in remarkable shape including a lens with no cracks and only a couple minor chips. Additionally it contains all of the original lamp socket hardware. Once it has new wiring installed it will function as new assuming you can find the appropriate light bulbs. Five bulbs are included but have not been tested. The Brass/Bronze casing has some residual paint spots from a few paintings over the years. The Brass up rods also have some discoloration. This all lends itself perfectly to the wonderful patina of this maritime treasure. Due to it's amethyst colour. The Fresnel lens is likely to have been made of manganese dioxide decolorized glass which was produced up until about 1920. The PERKO trademark was registered by Perkins Marine Lamp. For sale is a trio of vintage lamps made using vintage copper and brass ship's lanterns made by Tung Woo of Hong Kong. The lamps have different colors of glass; green. Red, and clear(yellowish) The 3 ship lanterns are the same size, but one of them(with the clear glass) is primarily brass, is mounted on a taller wooden base, and is made into a lamp in a different style, making it taller than the other 2 lamps. The lanterns on the 2 small lamps appear to be primarily made of copper. The tops of the lanterns all open. The 2 smaller lanterns have silver-colored(chrome? reflectors installed behind the bulbs. The lamps all have 3-way switches, for lighting either 1) top bulb only, 2) lantern small bulb only, or 3) both bulbs. The lantern measures 11"H x 7.5"W and has a small removable oil lantern that enters the lantern through a small hole in the base of the lantern. I left the metal the way I found this piece and only cleaned up the glass globe. I do not see any reason why this lantern would not function properly. Vintage Maritime Brass Wall Light Fixture with Anchor Rare!
I have never seen a light quite like this one! All I can do is give you measurements and I hope I can make them sound understandable to you. The part that goes against the wall is 4 1/2" in diameter. The center of the Anchor from the wall plate to the center point 4 1/4" From the base of the light to the outer tip of the curved point is 2 3/4" The area where the ceramic bulb holder sets is also 4 1/2" diameter. The old ceramic bulb holder can still be used but the wires are frayed. The widest overall distance from the wall to the outermost area of the fixture is 6 1/2" Hope you can make sense of this and thanks for looking!

Vintage Large Electric Perko Marine Lamp Lantern Was told this is a WWII bow Convoy lamp. The deep purple glass was used as a very short range lamp so as to avoid U-boats from detecting them. It is in very good condition for its age. There are no chips or cracks in glass. Has a screw off top. There are a few minor dings on the top, but overall, it is in very good condition. This old brass ship's oil lantern appears complete. I have not tested it- it looks to be in working order. The key to disassemble and access the globe and wick was made by my husband.
