Lamp is easy to take apart. Easy to install bulb. Glass was recently cleaned with dish soap and water although there is still some sticker like residue on it in a few areas. When lit the glass glows red but when off the glass has a darkish tint almost purple in color which hints to very old glass. Glass globe is ... morenot perfect but there are no fractures or major cracks; glass does have a few chips, largest one is pictured and there are two other minor ones plus some small nicks, scratches and marks along with heavy oxidation which is causing the purple tint. Plastic grommet was install on the top with a few layers of electrical tape around it to help keep it snug in the brass although I would not recommend hanging the light from the cord alone. Mthe base measures 16.5 tall with the harp 25 inches at the top. It Works too. the cord is good the harp is included. Just find the right shade to your taste. Very cool listed under what other have sold for. The lever works backs and forth. It is used and is around 50 years old so it does show some wear. But I think it adds to the vintage look of it. This piece was purchased at an estate sale of a collector. I don't know much about it except that it is vintage from the 1960s-70s. The condition is excellent for its age. With the only noticable wear being on the base. Needs a new bottom glued back on. Can put any color c7 bulb in the bottom portion. See photos for details. The lamp has three possible settings, 1-just the top, 2-just bottom part is lit, 3-both top and bottom are lit. The height of the entire lamp is 22 without lightbulb. The brass base is marked twice, once with a US and anchor Navy mark and the second being an overlapping USN and the number 129. The cage is marked 4594-L-7 with an R on the top of the cage. the glass is marked G. B. Inc Type H 2034- Inside there's no socket, but the holes to mount one are still in there in good shape, just need to drop one in there and go for it its about 10 1/2" from the bottom of the mounting bracket to the top of the cage. About 5 3/4" from edge to edge on the mounting bracket. The mounting holes are about 1/2" in diameter. I'm no lighting expert. This is a super cool Brass Lamp with Corning lenses. This lamp works nicely and runs on 12 volt Bulb not included. The lenses are in overall good shape but the red lenses has a small ship not a crack but a chip of glass missing. I will point to imperfection in the picture. The light is approximately 7.5" tall x 5 inches wide. This is wired with lamp cord but is easily changed. The lenses are made from Corning. It measures 7½” tall(with the bale down) x 7” wide x 6” deep and weighs 3 pounds. The brass has been polished and clear coated. While the galvanized tin has been painted dark green and antiqued. Included are the original electric lighting fixture and oil font. The Perko Company information is engraved or embossed in the face of the brass burner adjusting knob. A SET OF ANTIQUE EDWARDIAN BRASS GIMBALED NAUTICAL SHIP LAMPS
A good example of a ships gimbaled lamp from the Edwardian era. The numbers on the base are AP9009 and the makers mark is almost visible. They have been rewired at some point and have a switch in the cord. They are set into a Finished Mahogany base. They could use a good cleaning and have the usual scratches and dings which is not unusual for there age. These are not an exact pair but very close. The lamp shades are included.

We are pleased to offer this RARE.ORIGINAL& SMALL circa 1920 PERKINS"YANKEE ENGINEERS" brass nautical kerosene lantern. These"DEAD FLAME" lanterns are known as being made by the PERKINS MARINE LAMP CORPORATION of New York. These lanterns were made between the years 1916 and 1930. The"YANKEE ENGINEERS" model was sold either in a galvanized steel or a brass frame. The option of marked Perkins colored globe was also available. This lantern is made of brass and is unmarked. Other than its threaded burner, which is marked DIETZ/ CONVEX. The lantern's top and base are hinged and the unmarked clear globe measures 4 1/4' tall by 2 1/2' in diameter. Unique Vintage Nautical Ceiling Light Fixture Ship's Boat Anchor Brass
WOW! This great. Unique nautical-themed ceiling fixture would make a terrific addition to anyone's nautical-themed room or beach house! The fixture is composed of a great brass anchor that has six stars in the center and a rope embellishment that wraps around the entirety of the anchor. At the top and on the points of the anchor hang three lovely. Lantern-like fixtures that are screwed into the anchor. The fixture retains its original cloth-wrapped copper wiring and should be rewired prior to use. The sockets are all original and made of porcelain. Note that there are slight bends to each of the shades. It's hard to notice, but I try to be accurate in my descriptions. Approximately 17" from top to bottom and 15" across at the widest point. Please note that I have not tried to polish any of the brass in the event that the ... morenew owner wants to retain its rustic feel. The globes are dusty and the entire fixture could use a good scrub. You'll need a fitting that will hold the fixture to the ceiling after a pole is inserted through the center hole. We started out with a reclaimed original nautical ceiling light. Once the original light was polished. We fitted it with a 11 1/2 inch wide polished brass deflector cover. The original conduit holes were then fitted with threaded aluminum plugs. A new hole was drilled and threaded in the center of the top housing and a short threaded pipe to attach the 5 inch wide brass ceiling mount plate. The light was then totally rewired with UL-Listed wiring and bulb holder that is rated for any voltage under 250 volts. The ... morenew bulb holder takes a common house bulb of 65 watts or less. To access the bulb, the deflector cover and undamaged glass globe spin off as one piece. The total length of this light as shown is about 9 inches. The 5 inch brass ceiling plate has four mount holes. Our new wiring runs out of the center of the ceiling plate mount. Total weight is about 5 1/2 pounds. I do not see any name on the lantern. There are no dents on the lantern. Front screw opening. The front has the word PORT. The light is heavy red glass. Not plastic. There is no interior piece that lights the lantern. The glass has come loose and the metal frame has separated in the corner but all of this can be fixed. Could use a cleaning/polishing. For its age. I've got a really nice NOS 150 watt brass and copper ships ceiling mount passageway light. Mounted on the ceiling it would hang down 9" and the copper shade is approx. 16" across. I left it how I found it.Wiped off the dust and listed it, If you like the polished look I'll leave that up to you.There is 2 access points on the brass junction box to access the light socket for wiring,either extension cord or hard wired,whatever your needs.There is some kind of hardware inside the junction bow and these look like they have never been hooked up inside or out, as with all electrical I would suggest you have someone check it over to be sure its suitable for use,the sockets are brand new bakelite. No chips or cracks in either the brass base, brass cage,copper shade or glass globe. Large Antique Vintage Ships Lantern Light Brass Electrified Nautical Marine Lamp
Hi. Up for sale is a vintage brass ship light that has been converted to a lamp. It looks great but has some wear and issues. It has some rust around the seams. There are a couple small chips in the glass. The glass globe is upside down. There is a screw missing off the back. There is no lamp shade. The lamp shade holder is loose. The dimensions(without the lamp extension) are about 16" to the top of the handle. It is about 10.5" deep and 10.5" wide.

Vintage Meteorite Copper and Brass Nautical Ships Light
This is a untouched original unrestored METEORITE ship light which measures 17" in height and 11" wide and deep. The light is made of copper and brass and has the original fresnel lense with no cracks. The are two chips(one very small and one about 1/2" on the lens edges. The original socket is in the light. The serial number on the front tag is II 442. There are a very limited supply of these lights. This is not a reproduction but and original vintage light right off a ship.
