Tribal Style Folk Art Mask Earrings 2 Heads Brass / Bronze / Metal? 16" Tall
Description: This appears to be a tribal mask made as apparent work of folk art with what appears to be bronze or a mixed metal that appears as a brass or bronze. I took photos so that you can see how it is made. This was purchased at an estate sale. So the history or origin is simply unknown. I have tried to research comparable masks and to me it most resembles an African mask, but the stacking head piece has a pagoda look and I've seen the smaller head on top in Buddhist art.
