This auction is for a fabulous pair of T345 Chippendale 9 1/2 inch tall crystal candlesticks. 4 inch base. The bottoms are not scratched. Indicating these must not have been used very much! The quality of the glass is outstanding and would look great on your table! The only flaw I could find comes from the manufacturing process; one of the candle-cups is not aligned with the base. Late 19th century Pair Molded Cambridge or Butler Bros. Glass Candlesticks
A lovely pair of late 19th century molded Cambridge or Butler Bros. clear glass candlesticks. 7 1/8" tall. Tops are 2 1/4" square. Bases are approximately 3 1/4" square. And hollow 2 3/4" up from the bottom. Very fine condition. No damage from chips. Cracks or scratches. Mold lines can be seen as well as air bubbles. One bubble has risen to the surface at one of the top corners. Another at one side. Both are smooth from firing. I am not a glass expert. Wow-way cool vintage art deco or could be arts& crafts period items! Vintage Painted Glass Candlesticks It's hard to say for sure when. Where, or who made these beauties because they are not marked. But I can say with reasonable faith that they are indeed old- the design alone speaks of art deco or maybe arts& crafts. The glass is of the highest quality and the candlesticks are solid; not hollow. The colors of matte yellow and black are still vivid. There are appropriate signs of better-than-normal vintage wear. Which consists of a very few slight mars here and there- please see pictures and judge for yourself. They are fresh from a high-end vintage estate sale where there was a plethora of art deco and arts crafts vintage items. From the condition. Beautiful Pair Foval Opalescent Art Glass Candlesticks w/ Blue Spiral Threading. This is a wonderful pair of foval opalescent art glass candlesticks with applied blue trim and threading. One of Kovel's Antiques and Collectibles guide shows this exact pair illustrated as Fry Art Glass. Fry's foval candlesticks were made for only two years. 1926-1927 and typically decorated with delft blue threading or a jade green. There are no marks on the candlesticks so I am not attributing these to the H.C. Fry Glass Company. But they are certainly beautiful and wonderful quality and color. Each has a polished pontil and are in beautiful condition. No chips, or nicks. The pair are hand blown so do have a slight variation in size. They both stand approx. 10 5/8" tall. This is a pair of early pressed and cut glass figural candlesticks. There is a woman carrying a bucket and a man carrying a basket. The woman candlestick is 9 ½ inches high and the bottom is 4 3/8 inches in diameter. The man candlestick is 9 ¾ inches high and the bottom is 4 9/16 inches in diameter. The edges of the bottom of the candlesticks are cut. The figures are dressed in colonial dress. The cups are threaded so that something else may be attached. The candlesticks are unmarked. We believe they are American and date to the mid 19 th century. They are quite heavy weighing 7 lbs. The lady candlestick is heavier than the man. The woman candlestick has a frit on the cup at the top and on her left elbow. There is no other damage.

Beautiful Antique Pair Pale Purple Glass CANDLESTICKS *8 1/2" tall*
FOR SALE IS A PAIR OF ANTIQUE TURN-OF THE-CENTURY PALE PURPLE GLASS CANDLESTICKS. I purchased these candlesticks originally in 1988 at an estate action in Ohio. They are late Victorian or turn-of-the-century era glass with tiny blubbles throughout. I was never able to identify them correctly. But they are clear with a light purple to the glass. I have seen light purple referred to as pale amythyst and sun purple, and I am not sure if they are the same or two different things. If different, I am not sure which these are, but they definately have a purple tint. SIZE: 8 1/2" tall X 3 15/16" wide(base) Each candlestick. CONDITION: Excellent condition. No chips. Early Pair American Pressed Glass Petal Socket Candlesticks,New England 1850-60
A wonderful pair of American pressed glass candlesticks with petal sockets from The Civil War era.Possibly Boston and Sandwich Glass or New England Glass Company products and dating to the 1850-1860 period.Excellent condition on this fine pair,only a very few small scallops to the underside of the sockets and light edge chipping on the bases.One could almost believe theses sticks to have never been put to use the condition is so good.And considering that I found them in a chest in the attic of my home when I inherited it's contents and the home was both built in 1850 and was a general store during the Civil War,it's quite possible that they were once part of the store's stock and in fact were simply never sold.I dealt only with the bank when I purchased the place and have never so much as spoken to the previous owner.And I wasn't ... moreat all pleased with the fact that I was told that part of the"as is" purchase meant that I was to inherit all of it's contents.That is until I started to unearth goodies such as these in the dusty old attic!Left untouched for God-knows-how-many years,items like this have now become little treasures right under my own nose that are seeing the light of day for the first time since Moby Dick was a guppy.One stick has a curiously placed chip on the underside of a lower knop that may most likely be from removal from the mold rather than damage,as it is so precariously placed that I can't for the life of me imagine how any ding would have occurred there.Beyond that the condition is excellent.Wafer joined in 2 sections like in the old days with pressing machine techniques. 7 1/2 inches high.Nice and heavy old American pressed glass and possibly flint.A great find that was left for me to inherit and then pass on.Someone is finally going to set them with the candles they have been longing for for 150 years.It's high time.

They are in EXCELLENT condition with no damage or flaws whatsoever(there is some wax residue in the bottom of the cups that hold the candles) These fantastical works often represented the collaboration of multiple master craftsmen on one item. VINTAGE PAIR OF GLASS CANDELABRA CANDLESTICKS 4 CANDLES WITH 5 PRISMS EACH
Listed is a pair of glass candelabra candlesticks. Each one has 4 glass candle cups with scalloped edge glass bobeche's with 5 glass prisms on each one. They stand 15-1/2" tall and 10" across and 8" deep from the third arm. Each bobeche is 4" across and has 5-3 piece. 3" prisms hanging from them and the bobeche's are removable. One of the candelabra's has a arm that has come unglued from age and the glass 1" candle holder broke, but is a clean break and I do have the piece that broke off. I do believe that these were two side arm candelabra's that were made to add one or two more arms from the flat spot on each side that you can see in picture 9. I have not tried to clean the candle wax or candle burn off the glass candle holders. All prisms are there, even for the arm that has come off. I realized ... morewhile packing pieces that the bobeche that was on the arm that let loose has a crack, but has not separated and is not very noticeable. Part of the extensive collection of candlesticks that my parents amassed during their 25 years living in London.My mother displayed these on glass shelves in the bathroom window so the sunlight refracted off of all the candlesticks and danced around the room.
