Some of my amethyst bottles and glass are purpled from years of exposure to natural sunlight. Pair Of Antique Sterling Silver Candle Holder Candlesticks WIth Glass Shades
This is one of several sterling silver auctions we currently have listed from a local estate. Most of it is weighted, most of it need polishing. So hard to tell how it will clean up. This is a pair of candlestick that are 3 1/2" tall, 5" tall with the additional socket are. Assembled they are over 12" tall. The cut and copper wheel engraved shades are in good condition overall. One has chips along the edge that inserts into the base so not visible when assembled. One has some creases in the narrow part just above the base and some damage to the socket edge. This is a pretty pair of candlesticks that reverse to be used as pillar candle holders. I bought these several years ago through a home decorating party. These may be from Home Interiors. I only displayed these and never burned a candle in them. They are made of a yellow tone frosted glass with metal and amber glass accents. No chips. Cracks or breaks. They do have scratches on the underneath side of the candlestick(top portion if used as a pillar) It is the way that they looked when I received them. It doesn't show if they are used as a pillar. 3 CANDLESTICKS CANDLE HOLDER SKIRTED STEMMED GOLD LEAF TRIM CRYSTAL (?) OR GLASS
Please look at the pictures and ask any questions as there are no returns. This auction is for three clear glass candlesticks. Two are the same height and the third one is shorter. The taller ones have extremely thin beveled glass on the inside of the holder itself. They are long stemmed and have skirted bases. There is gold leaf painted around the upper and lower part of the stems. They stand 7" tall and the base is almost 3 1/2" across. The shorter one has a different. Scalloped look and shape. It has gold leaf painted around the seam. There is one tiny part where it looks like the gold is wearing off. It is 2 3/4" tall and just under 3" across the bottom of the base. They have been used over the years, and as I explained, there seems to be a little gold leaf worn off of the little one. The taller ones have sticky stuff ... morein them to help hold the candle upright. I don't know anything about glass, but these look like crystal to me. I'm putting them together as a group because I think they look nice together, and it helps save on seperate shipping. Again, ask questions before bidding, since there will be no returns. It has the Westmoreland maker’s mark on the bottom of each piece. They stand approximately 4 ½” tall and are 4 ¾” in diameter across the open lace edge bottom. God Jul HARD TO FIND. An iconic candleholder from the IGLOO range. Moulded to look like like they are carved from ice. The outside is moulded while the top is very smooth. Like ice that is melting. They even have a few(3) frozen" drops hanging on the underside! Made by the well known Swedish company Kosta. Design is by Göran Warff and the design dates from the late 60s or early 70s. This is a pair of two Dalzeel Viking Hexagon Purple Amethyst Glass Candlesticks. They are 7.5" tall and 3.5" in diameter at the base. Both are in good condition without any chips or cracks except for what appears to be a defect or nick in the glass about halfway from top to bottom in the narrow part of the glass is a nick or scratch about.35" in lenght and.05" wide(visible in the 3rd photo)

Pair 10" Vaseline Glass Candlesticks / Candle Holder by Northwood
Extra Large Vaseline/ Topaz Glass Art Deco Candlesticks by Northwood You are bidding on the pair. Here is a large pair of candle sticks made by Northwood Glass Company between 1901-1925. The Vaseline candleholders were pressed in two parts. The candlesticks are illustrated as No.724-725 Console Set(as a bowl with two candlesticks) on page 146 of“Harry Northwood The Wheeling Years” by Heacock. Measell, and Wiggins. Very few of these magnificent large candle holders have survived in any color. The glass is very heavy. One candles' base has an open bubble as shown in the pictures. As with all items made of vaseline glass. Canary and topaz, this lovely pair of candlesticks flouresce a bright neon green when placed under a black light.
