Any flaw mentioned does not distract and is mentioned for accuracy. 100+ years old. Measures 6-7/8" tall. The base is 3-1/2" diameter. Listing includes one vase. This is a beautiful antique or vintage bulb vase. It is an odd shape and very unique. I am told that it was shaped to hold a flower bulb and force it to grow indoors during the cold winter months. This amber colored vase has blue glass applied feet and is hand painted on the front with very pretty green and amber leaves and white flowers that appear to be violets or similar. This vase measures 6-7/8" tall. 2" across the top, 3-1/4" across the widest portion, and 2-1/2" across the footed area. This vase has set upon our grandmother's window ledge for several decades and has been well cared for. This is a NorthWest Glass Company of Seattle. Washington 4+1/2" tall float. The company that made Rainier Beer bottles made these floats! There is a piece of firing stone embedded into the glass. See pic#4. The pontil knob has NO chips on the edge or knob. There are very minor scratches. The bottom has a NW3 on it. No chips or cracks! You just don't find these often in this great condition! A FANTASTIC ROOT BEER AMBER STODDARD UTILITY BOTTLE - 7 3/4" TALL
A beautiful utility bottle that was blown from a deep. Root beer amber colored glass at one of the Stoddard, New Hampshire glass factories. It stands 7 3/4" tall and is 2 11/16" in diameter. The lip is a wide, sloping, band that has some glass leaking out from underneath it. The base is flat for the first 3/8" then it falls into a a fairly deep, sunken dome with two"nail-head" markings, one on either side. The glass that makes up the body has some great bubbles and a wonderful, whittled texture. There are two little dark spots in the shoulder area that may be inclusions or just dirt. The rest of the bottle is very clean with no haze and is perfect. A nice piece for any collection. Thank you for looking! They are both 2 inches across the bottom. They have black spot accents blown throughout the bodies and heads and when the light shines through they provide a striking appearance. Antique Hock Wine Bottle Huge 14" Tall Amber Dug Primitive Top
I am not a bottle expert but ever since I was a kid I have enjoyed digging them up and collecting them! This one came from our farm in Kentucky. After doing some research online I believe this is an antique Hock Wine Bottle. It appears to have rings around it so I think it was made in a turn mold although I could be wrong. It seems to have an applied crude top and there are various lines and"creases" around the top that appear to have been made when the bottle was created. It measures a whopping 14" tall and 2 7/8" wide at the base. It has a mamelon on the bottom. Bottles like this began to be created from the 1870's on; I don't know when this one was created. It appears to be fairly old. The top of the neck has a slight curvature to it. I cleaned it out with just some soap and water. I don't have a brush long ... moreenough to give it a good scrub. There is slight cloudy spots here and there and small scratches here and there; very good condition for a dug bottle. I don't see any chips or cracks. It seems to be an amber or amber red color. This is a very nice pair of very old candleholders I recently acquired from the estate of a lady who lived in Indiana and I will be listing many other items from her in the near future. They stand 8 5/8" tall and are in very fine condition with no flaws that I could detect. There are no maker's mark but Indiana was a place of many glass manufacturers in the late 1800's-1900's. Vintage Amber Crackle Glass Hand Blown Pitcher with Applied Smooth Handle and Rough Pontil This fancy hand blown pitcher stands approximately 4 1/2” tall. 3 1/2” across the open top from handle to end of spout, and 4” wide at the widest point. The body is crackle glass throughout with the exception of the applied smooth handle with a rough pontil on the bottom. This lovely pitcher is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The bottom is rough; normal for a hand blown piece. It is offered as is. I have described it as honestly and accurately as possible. Please see the pictures for an accurate description. N.O.S. Tall Amber Rectangle Stained Glass Window Jewel
New Old Stock Tall Amber Rectangle Stained Glass Window Jewel. This jewel along with quite a few others were purchased in the 70's from a gentleman who'd been working on leaded glass windows since the 50's. The jewel is faceted on the front and back with a flat spot on the back and was made in Czechoslovakia. It's a nice shade of amber and will work well in many styles of stained glass windows. This jewel is 1"3/8 x 5/8" and 3/16" thick. This jewel isn't available from any of the big stained glass supply houses. Because of the postage increase shipping will be $2.75 but I will gladly combine shipping if you win any of my other jewels listed. Large Amber Antique Hand Blown Glass Ribbed Decanter 22" Tall Blenko? Hello and Welcome to Treasures from Westchester. New York! For sale is a tall. Unique, gourgeous amber ribbed glass decanter in very good condition. Standing 22" tall, there is raised glass that partions the decanter into 12 sections. There are no markings on this beautiful sculpture. The stopper has a flaw that occurred during creation and the bottle has"flaws" that were produced at the same time as you can see in the pictures. They are not cracks or chips caused by handling. There is a piece of glass inside the stopper that is finished one inch below the top of the stopper. The large stopper measures 7" and is also partioned by raised glass into 11 sections. The decanter without the stopper measures 15 3/4" the neck of the bottle is 1 1/2" ... moreand the base is 5" creating a nicely sculptured glass body.
