For your consideration. A very pretty controlled bubble candlestick holder with green lacquer decoration. Blown glass with a ground pontil. The lacquer appears to have been applied using a brush on a wheel. The glass has a slight jonquil tone a hint of iridescence. Not sure of the maker. Couple of possibilities.Mt. Washington/Pairpoint.
