Hardcover, with the fabric cover, and each book looks identical on the cover. These are"published with the permission of the President through special arrangement with the Century Co. Messrs. Charles Scribner's Sons, and G.P. Putnam's Sons" Volume I has a copy of the painting"The Parley" by Frederic Remington in the front of the book. It says Copyright 1889. 1894, 1896 by G. P. The book itself is complete and has no missing or torn pages and it has not been written in at all. I believe it could be easily restored and would appear as almost brand new. It contains no names. No notes etc. The first page is just fantastic. A work of art by The Homer Lee Bank Note Company. This Montana Territory Stock Growers Association is approximately 130 Years old. It has 203 pages followed by blank sheets for notes etc. There are no notes or any other marks in this fantastic old book.
