This book is being sold to raise money for the Eagle. Alaska Public Library. It is a former library book. It has a dust jacket which has obvious wear on it. It has typical library markings. But is otherwise a nice clean copy in good structural condition. I added a couple pictures of the book. On the inside cover of the book is a little paper holder for the slip that you stamp with the book's due date. Also the book may have the Eagle Public Library stamp on it a few times throughout the book. This stamp is about the size of a half dollar. Shipping will be done with USPS media mail. Media mail is done on a"space available" basis. Since our town is served by a small mail plane. There are times when there is no space available. Sometimes the mail plane gets cancelled when the weather is bad or there is too much smoke in the air ... morefrom summer fires. Passengers are top priority on the plane and mail is secondary. Antique 1900 Book Young Robin Hood This is a rare antique book. Young Robin Hood, by G. Manville Fenn and it is in fair condition with a decent cover and spine but dirtiness, small page tears on some pages, two sets of two pages that detached but twenty three fascinating illustrations. all along with a terrific story. This was put out in 1900 by the Henry Altemus Company in Philadelphia. I must add that there is also a name Mrs. Hall and a library pocket in it, so this likely came from a school. A rare book that is not often found and will be carefully wrapped for safe shipment in a strong box. Please view all photos for details and feel free to ask questions.
