But it has been 25 or so years ... moresince. It is copper and is in great solid condition, no worries there. It comes complete with a main steam valve(boiler side threads are soldered on to correspond to boiler Ferrell threads) safety valve, water glass fittings(no glass, takes 1/8" dia) pressure gauge( these boilers run about 60 PSI, gauge is 250PSI) and syphon and a fitting where the water feed check valve should be(lower right front) it has a hole in it and won't allow pressure, but should be replaced with a water feed device anyhow. It could be drilled and tapped or solder a connector to it. The sides still have the insulation material inside of them. The cast iron front and back plates are not cracked or broken. The rear end plate, under the stack says 504. There are some scratches on the setup as well as some overspray here and there, but doesn't affect its usefulness. The whole assembly is approx. 14" long. 15" high and 5" wide. The boiler itself is approx. 3 1/2" dia x 10 1/2" in length. We just acquired a large number of items from our father. We will be listing them in the near future. Please look at the pictures and ask any questions before you bid. Successful bidder to pay bid price plus Calculated shipping. Insurance will be included. The book shows patina with browning pages, one page seems the be torn in the front but doesn't seem to be missing any information. The binding is loose but the pages are not falling out. This is a 1912 first edition leather bound four volume set titled"THE CHOSEN WORD" very good for the collector or biblical scholar. The condition is good. There pages have yellowed with time and there is a very small amount of binding separation at the beginning of the 1st volume of the old testament. The other volumes appear to be ok. They are rare and even more so in such good condition. A very beautiful addition to any ministers library. The illustrations are amazing and the art work unsurpassed.

There is significant damage on the cover and the cover photo is unfortunately deteriorated. Fair overall condition with staining throughout. Still a beautiful collector's piece given the rarity of the book. Most of the illustrations still have the original tissue protection sheets. Printed on high quality paper. I leave any attempts at restoration to the successful bidder. Antique Hand Written Manuscript / Store Ledger From 1890-1937 Vintage Rare
Hand Written Manuscript/ Store Ledger From The Late 1890's- 1937 This is a store ledger of some sort. Showing dates from the 1890's to 1937. It is in the original leather or suede binding and has many entries. I am not sure why, but it looks as if only the middle portion was used(entries mostly start on pages#300 or greater with only a handful earlier) Of the 600+ pages, I would say less than 100 have entries. If you own an Antique store or other business, you could set it on your countertop and use this for your own bookkeeping or simply a novelty. The overall dimensions measure 13 1/4" tall x 9" wide x 2 1/2" thick and weighs a whopping 6 1/2 pounds! From what I can see. The ledger does not say who the proprietor of the store was, neither the name of the store nor the location. The original leather/ suede covers are ... moreworn and the leather is peeling in places, the spine is mostly perished and the binding is fragile. The back or bottom is much nicer than the front as noted in the photos It measures The ledger is somewhat fragile. Yet still basically sound and present. Ink is clear and dark, paper is strong. It was probably used by the group sales office to assist in room and convention sales. Approx. 14 inches wide by 12 inches tall by 18 pages plus front and back cover. It appears to be from the 1930s. Based on the photographs inside, but the age is unknown for sure. Very Slight Aging of the paper; It is at least 80 years or older. Please see the photos for more details. Historic Baker Hotel opened in Mineral Wells. Texas in 1929. Closed in 1963 and reopened briefly from 1965-1972. Paypal payments only. Same Day or Next Day Shipment.
