Published by Saalfield Publishing Company. This is printed on a soft, but heavy, textured linen paper. Excellent condition. A small tear on the pages opposite from the binding side and if you look close, it looks like a long cut on the back cover page, but it is not cut, I believe it is an imperfection in the paper. Previous owner wrote name on front cover top corner. No other writing or marks. Overall, in great shape, no foxing, good color, strong binding. If you have any questions. Vintage 1928 Saalfield Linentex Softcover Peter Rabbit& His Pa Book You are bidding on a Vintage 1928 soft cover 8.5" X 11" story book called" Peter Rabbit and His PA. Book is fully illustrated and published by Saalfield Publishing Co. Akron Ohio. Cover is illustrated by Frances Brundage. Book is in excellent condition considering its age. Book is printed on stiff Linentex paper giving some richness to the pictures. There are 14 pages. Virginia Albut is the illustrator The pages contain no tears. Holes or rips nor is there any fading or obvious foxing. No author is cited but most likely it is Louise Field adapted from a Peter Rabbit story by Beatrix Potter. Pictures show actual item for sale.
