The book has wear on the hard cover front and a small piece has been torn off the top corner of the back of the book. The binder is slightly loose. The pages show little wear and are in good shape with very little yellowing. There are no torn pages. The only pencil marks are on the inscription inside the book. It must have been a Christmas gift one year and the date was written as 1905.
