This is an amazing collection of 18 vintages caroling books and books of christmas stories and poems. All appear to be from the 1950s and 1960s. The 7 Caroling books were books bought in bulk to give out at caroling parties and could be kept as souvenirs of the party. Are caroling parties a"thing" anymore? I don't remember ever having anyone ring my doorbell and sing at me. There are also 11 books of christmas poetry and stories. They appear to be the kind of thing you would have bought your child's Sunday School teacher that was more than a card. Less than a new BMW. There are some inscriptions in the books. This is an antique book with two stories A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens and Legend of Sleepy Hollow by Washington Irving. This has no copyright date. The book is 7 3/8 inches by 5 inches. Has minor wear and staining do to probably being over a hundred years old. See pictures for more detail. This is from my neighbors estate. She recently passed away.
