This is a lot of 2 canteens. The one clearly says Palco on the cover. The other that is in rough shape has boy scouts of america headquarters ny city on the two buttons. They both have a cap on them. I have not checked them for leaks and as you can see in the pictures the covers are in rough shape and so are the straps. These were bought at an auction so I do not know the history of them. Great Lot of Vintage Boy Scout Accessories in Excellent and Clean Condition! Winner receives an aluminum CANTEEN with its original top with cork liner still attached by its chain. The canteen has its original insulated liner which snaps on and off securely. Label reads"Made in Japan" You will also get a wide 2 1/4 inch by about 40 inch in length BELT. Latches perfectly. There is also a CARRYING POUCH with two compartments that snap closed. Not sure what this is used for. It is also in excellent condition. No label. So I am not sure which country it was made in.
