The guitar is dated back to March 23. 1990 and was constructed at the Nashville plant. The guitar is ebony black and has a beautiful finish. The neck is straight and the frets look great. No cracks, dings, or holes anywhere to be found. The headstock still looks fantastic as well, but the guitar will have to be re-tuned. The guitar is previously owned and it was used, so there is a bit of cosmetic damage on the guitar. If you hold the guitar to certain light you can see a lot of smuding and surface scratches. If just looking at it straight, it looks fine. The paint on the guitar is not faded nor are the numbers on the volume keys. The pick-up as a little about of corrosion on it from storage, but if the strings are removed and the pick up is cleaned, I believe it will come right off. BEAUTIFUL RARE Vintage Colnago C40 Frame Carbon Black 56cm TT 58cm c50 master x This customer had a Colnago C40 with a chipping paint job that he had never liked anyhow. He decided to get it professionally stripped and then repainted with a stealthy clear coat to show off the beautiful carbon work of this storied Italian company. If you're familiar with the frame. You and I both know that we're looking at a Colnago C40. The legwork is highly distinctive, as are the dropouts. Some of the later C40s had a clover leaf cut-out on the top tube lugs, this is one of the earlier models that did not. You can see that there is obviously no damage or delaying of any kind to the frame. The frame itself is in near-perfect pristine condition. It's gorgeous to see in the sunlight, and absolute joy to ride. It comes with the stock Colnago seat ... morepost collar. As well as the already installed Italian threaded ISIS bottom bracket. I know that Italian threaded stuff can be harder to find, I figure that it's of better use to the next use than anyone else. The carbon work on this frame is ridiculous. I've seen some beautiful carbon fiber bikes. But certainly not of this age in cycling, when Colnagos were still handmade one by one in Italy, by the best craftsmen in the world. It obviously has the traditional cloverleaf top tube a very distinctive signature Colnago design. Also. There is a serial number on the braze-on derailleur hanger that when checked guarantees its authenticity. I have owned a half dozen Colnagos over the years of all different eras. From a Master Olympic to a CT-1, an Ovalmaster and a Tecnos. The workmanship is easy to distinguish, the ride is impossible to duplicate. Own a piece of history. Seeing everything it's made of and the beautiful condition it's in, for a fraction of the price. Guaranteed authentic. Geometry is classic straight top tube. Rim depth is 26mm front for stable steering in gusts and 30mm rear for added power and stiffness. The rear hub accepts a 8, 9 or 10 speed Shimano or SRAM cassette. The original skewers, bags and tools are included. This model is for clincher tires with inner tubes, not tubeless tires. I used these with 23mm tires front and 25mm rear at the same tire pressure. These are strong. Durable(best in class for big riders) stiff, powerful, fast and light(1485 grams the pair, no rim tape needed) The design and manufacturing quality are superb as you'd expect from Campagnolo. The bearing action is incredibly smooth and easy to adjust with a small Allen wrench. They'll spin ... morefor minutes on a bike stand, and quietly. Fulcrum freewheels used to be noisy but not any more. The bladed aluminum spokes are stronger than steel spokes. I've never broken a single spoke on any Racing 1 wheel. Over the years. Racing 1's became my all-time favorite aluminum road wheels. Their cornering, acceleration and stability at speed are exceptional, and they're more durable than any wheels I've ever ridden. 16" Black Western Saddle~ Beautiful Tooling
Selling a beautiful Double T saddle that was picked up at auction by a well meaning friend- saddle still had tags on it at time of purchase. Comes with matching headstall. Reins and breast collar. Beautifully tooled and made with thick, pliable leather. I have looked and cannot find this saddle online to find a MSRP on it. It is heavy duty, well made and has no damage. It did not fit my horse correctly and it was only used a few times for very short rides. Saddle has been stored, covered, indoors and has never been wet. It does not fit the"Double T" reputation at all- it isn't"cheesy" or poorly made by any means and if it fit better, it would be perfect. From what I have read, Double T saddles have semi-QH bars. This is a Mapex M Birch 14" Tom in a beautiful Black Forest Green lacquer finish. This is not a wrap. It is in excellent condition with no damage. It sounds great. But I'm downsizing my kit(5 toms is too much for me) The heads are in pretty decent shape. The batter is an Evans G2 clear and the reso is an Aquarian Classic Clear. This has the great sound birch wood is known for. The color is very similar to the green fade that other drum makers have(green in middle. Fades to black on the ends of the shell) I took it outside to get better lighting and show the green better. Inside in average lighting, the green is not as noticeable, but on a stage with lights it would look great! By the way, I have never gigged with this drum or kit, and this is the first time it has gone outside at all(for the pics) The tom has the attached mounting ... morehardware(as shown in the pics) but NOT the separate clamp/mount. Again nothing really serious- there is also some chrome wear on one of the tuning heads. Finger board is in good order with little sign of serious use. All original control knobs are in place as is the pick up selector switch. A beautiful pair of art deco, moderne, machine-age, black bakelite drawer pulls
Up for auction is a gorgeous pair of black bakelite. Art deco, drawer pulls. They are in wonderful condition with only very minor signs of use. The light in the photos makes the finish look dull, but these are quite shiny! They are 1 1/2" long and 3/4" deep. Each pull takes two standard screws. Not much else to say.
