Total pages are 263, covers are attached but slightly loosened from hinges and binding wrap, hinge at front split, all pages present with no missing pages, first several pages loose from binding although binding is pretty intact, some small page tears and some foxing, I see no writing, covers have wear and abrasion(see pics) measures approx. 9.25" tall x 7" wide.
