Antique Little Black Sambo Picture and Wooden Nickel Display
This is an old painted wood frame with a beautiful vibrant print from the story of Little Black Sambo written in 1899 by Helen Bannerman. The print is perfect and it has a paper matte over it. So the picture must be much larger than what appears in the frame. The frame measures a little over 11" long by 9.25" wide. I have had this for many years, and have never taken out of the frame. Included with the frame is a wooden nickel from Sambo's restaurant in Racine, Wisconsin. Sambo's Restaurants started in 1957, and the only one remaining is in California. Perfect for the Black Americana collector. from a non-smoking home.

The rear binding is coming loose, and the spine cover is attached only at the front. Jo's Boys- Very good. Eight Cousins- The rear binding is loose. The books have inscriptions on the front cover. They were given as Christmas gifts, which I find very sweet.

ANTIQUE SMALL BOOK LITTLE BRANCHES SONG BOOK NO. 1 MEYER & BROTHER CHICAGO 1893
This is a very old Sunday school book called Little Branches No. 1 published by Meyer& Brother of Chicago in 1893. It is a book of Sunday School songs. This one is No. 1 of other Little Branches song books. It is in pretty good shape for its age. It is a softcover book. All of the pages are in tact. The book is 6-1/2" x 5" and it has 57 songs. I am not an expert on old books and do not know the proper terminology when describing old books. Please look at all the pictures and I would be happy to answer any questions.

This particular book is titled Little Slam Banc and it was printed by the Algonquin Publishing Company back in 1928. Has some great illustrations and is in excellent condition with minor wear.
