A large rectangular mirror on the single cabinet door, and exquisite paneled accent carvings on either side of the mirror. The bevelled edge mirror is very clean almost suggesting that is has been replaced but I found no evidence to support that it is not the original. The cabinet door has an ornate solid drop pull and the drawer has two large decorative bail pulls. The skirt is arched on the side of the piece and there are scalloped brackets on the front. The interior is paneled and has two mounted hooks and 6 sliding hooks on the hanging bar. A very nice piece in remarkable condition for the age(circa 1890) this armoire is certain to become a cherished heirloom. Condition: It has some age appropriate signs of wear including scratches.
