This oak armoire is 82" tall. 52" wide and 18.5" deep. It has two doors which measures 59.5" x 23.5" There are two drawers on the bottom which measure 6 3/8" x 16" each. The molding at the top would blend nicely with arts and crafts design. There are two splits on the back side of the left door on the back board. This does not in any way affect stability. The right door has some chewiness at the corner on the inside only probably from wear. There are two plastic over metal shelves currently installed. There is a wooden top shelf and the top of the base serves as a fourth shelf. Can hold stereo equipment nicely. There is a drilled hole on top(back of course) for wiring to come through to electrical outlet. We do not have keys. The wardrobe has a shoe box to the bottom which is enclosed with a drop down door complete with working lock and key. To the inside there is a new single shelf fitted with a telescopic hanging rail below it. This is enclosed with a mirror door complete with working lock and key. The glass in this door is good but does have some smearing and foxing around it's edges which can be seen in the photo. To the top there is a panel of marquetry inlay depicting a nautical scene. This is all complimented with a stylized cornice with decorative brackets. 1900 ARTS & CRAFTS ARMOIRE WITH MIRRORED DOOR
This delicately carved tiger oak armoire combines simple lines with intricate detailing on a very graceful scale. The piece has plenty of storage room despite its relatively small size(for an armoire) So it can be used in a variety of spaces. It has its original soft golden finish and beautifully crafted bronzed hardware, typical of the period. The armoire is in good condition, but there are age cracks in the wood on both sides of the bottom section(see photos) which do not, however, affect the stability of the piece. It measures 31 inches wide by 72 inches high by 14.5 inches deep. Comes in 3 pieces for easy pickup. Similar armoires of this period go for $700 and upward.

Antique vintage oak wardrobe from Early 20th Century Arts & Crafts era restored
This wardrobe was in some disrepair. My husband restored it using new wood for the long door and the drawer bottoms only. The facia is all original. There is normal aging and stress marks. There was some square nails in the construction which somewhat ages it. The pulls are new as the original wood pulls were not all there.
