It has a pair of figured walnut stepped front doors with original cream& brown bakelite handles, it also comes with lock& key in working order. The interior is fully mahogany lined and has chrome hanging& shoe rails which run front left to right. Alongside is a small pair of glass fronted doors above a large pair with internal hanging rail, below that are 3 large drawers, The wardrobe stands on a sturdy plinth base WARDROBE SPLITS ... moreIN 4 PARTS FOR EASE WHEN MOVING. WHICH IS JUST AS WELL BECAUSE SUCH IS THE QUALITY IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO MOVE IN ONE PIECE VIEWING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Condition The Wardrobe is 100% sound. Sturdy and free from woodworm, it has various slight imperfections here and there, the cornice in the centre has a veneer repair, the L H door has a 4 inch scratch, R H bottom corner has veener repair and the L H door has a very old crack near the hinge, does not affect the structure at all) the 2 doors meet in the middle and lock fine, but the gap at the bottom is a couple of mm wider than at the top, possibly due to slight shrinkage over the year, the plinth at the bottom has various slight scratches All faults are minimal and the quality is such that the small faults are worth putting up with.
