This wonderful antique Victorian blue and white hand painted colorful blue. Yellow, pink, and purple mum flowers decorated china salt and pepper shaker set would have had cork stoppers which are missing. When new, both shakers would have had a sponged gold on the top and gold trim around the bottom blue scallop. The both measure apprx. 3 1/2" high 2 3/16" across the bottom. The set in fairly good used condition for it's age, no chips, one shaker does have a Y hairline on the bottom, wear to the gold trim. You are bidding on a Stunning& RARE Antique Noritake Hand Painted Porcelain Stein Style(handles) Blue Scenic Salt& Pepper Shakers made in Japan. A few things that make these so Rare is the Stein Style Shakers. They are hard to come by. These are dated around the 1920's due to the fact of the blue Noritake stamped emblem on the bottom. Some of these type emblems come in blue. Green, or red. The M in the middle of the wreath is for the Morimura Bros. Meaning items with the M in the middle started in the year 1916. Ok, enough of the history lesson! The Lovely Blue bell shaped shakers are hand painted of two different types of trees& a house or little shack over looking a mass of water. The top of the shakers are completely painted gold& the handle is white with accented blue and gold trim. On the bottom, it has the label ... moreor emblem I was talking about and two cork stoppers. Another thing, one hole is larger than the other so you can tell them apart. These Rare Antiques measure 2.5 inches tall, 2-1/8 inch in diameter on the bottom, 1-5/8" in diameter on the top, and 2-3/8 wide. Vintage pair of male and female blue birds salt and pepper shakers. Very similar to Lefton/Norcrest blue birds. Hand painted. Both have the clear plastic plug. Partial OLD blue paper sticker reads Made in Japan on bottom of one. Blue bird with open wings is 2 3/4" T x 2 1/2" L x 2 1/4" Wide. Wing to wing. Has three holes on top of head. Lot of three antique blue and white salt and pepper shakers. Two are a set. The third is a single. The set of two depicts an Asian design and are marked Japan on the bottom. The other markings on the bottom of this pair of salt and pepper shakers is not legible. They are 3 1/4 inches tall. The single blue and white round shaker has no marking on the bottom. It is two and three-quarter inches tall. The stopper cork is missing from the bottom of all three. Nice condition. It is not my intention to profit from shipping. RARE VINTAGE OLD COLLECTOR ROMAN GREEK BLUE GLASS PORCELAIN SALT PEPPER SHAKERS Old rare collector pair of Salt& Pepper shakers- exact age unknown. Features a white in color Roman/Greek type design seen on each side of shakers. Outer material appears to be similar to Wedgwood Blue- however. These are marked/etched with what looks like to be Milmar Industries, Inc. unsure) and carry the number 22 on undersides which look to be of glass(see pics) Tops are plastic type in material and have some slight staining on insides when removed- they fit very snug. Outer area of tops are clean and without an appearance of stain. Very cute little Salt& Pepper shakers- white bears with Red ears and mouths and blue eyes. One has a red scarf. The other has a blue scarf. they both have corks in bottom. Neither are marked. They look like McCoy but I do not know for sure. There aren't any cracks or chips- the paint has rubbed or chipped off in places. I washed lightly but did not try anything stronger than mild dish soap to get the marks from what looks like scotch tape. They could be cleaned up further. They measure 3 1/4" tall.

I have no idea how old they are but I believe they are in a Victorian style. They have a few marks that appear to be part of the manufacturing process since they are glazed over. They also have a couple of barely visible hairline cracks. If you look closely you may be able to find them. There is an almost illegible manufacturers mark on the base which appears to partially read“hand painted” I found these at the Goodwill store. You decide if I found trash or treasure! Blue & white sponge ware antique salt pepper shakers hand painted chinese goose
They are H 6"inches W 11" inches around the bottom base. They have some crazing on the bottom and in the goose due to age but its not noticeable unless your looking for it. There are a couple of chips underneath the bottom base as well but also not noticeable when they are upright. They have thick handles for durable use and there is some blue paint smudges on the bottom. They have a shiny glaze overall and the bottom has glaze around most of the center excluding the bottom outside edge which is a rough surface. They have what appears to be a Chinese goose hand painted with blue& white sponge ware. They are adorable and would be a exceptional addition to your collection!

Up for sale this Vintage Blue and White Ceramic Porcelain salt and pepper shakers. They are in like new condition with great color and shape. Vintage Japanese Geisha Girl Salt and Pepper Shakers Handpaintd cobalt blue
This is a nice pair of vintage Japanese Salt& Pepper shakers. The painted scene features Geisha Girls in a lovely garden setting with a pagoda style building in the background. There are no chips. Cracks or repairs. There is a scalloped edging of cobalt color blue around the bottom and a wide band of the same blue at the top. Golden line accents makes the blue color really pop!
