These are small. They measure 2.25" in height and 1.5" in diameter. The caps are each marked"Sterling" One of the caps is slightly dented(see above photos) The glass tray measures 4.5" in length. 1.6" in width and.35" in height. The tray looks to be pressed glass as do the shakers. There are no maker's marks on the tray or the shakers. There is a slight film ring on the inside of the shakers that should be removable. No chips, no cracks and no breaks. Thank you for looking at t his listing. Unless otherwise stated. All items are in USED condition and may contain blemishes. Discolorations or other minor defects. However it does not affect the functionality and cannot be seen when the lid is on the piece. They are in great condition. The second pair also features a ribbed design but is made from an early pressed glass. It also does not have a sterling top and there is some corrosion around the holes but the rest of the pieces are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. They measure 3 inches in height. Both pieces would be great for display or to add to any vintage salt and pepper shaker collection. This salt and pepper set retail for 150euro new. The items are in excellent condition apart for two tiny dings around the middle collar. But you would have to look hard to see them. Made by Eagle Glass& Manufacturing Co, 1899-1904. They are opaque white glass, did have some hand painting which is now worn off. The pattern consists of three large scrolls each scroll is separated by a series of individual roses that diminish in size. Pattern was named by Millard. The caps appear to be original to the shakers, one is good used condition, the other has a small piece missing around the bottom rim, but still screws off and on easily. No chips, cracks or repairs. As is always found on antique shakers the top rims, under the caps are rough and not polished. A great hard to find pair of antique shakers. Lot Antique Vintage Salt Pepper Shakers Asian Glass Metal Ceramic at least 50yrs
Lot of assorted small salt and pepper shakers. There are 3 singles which are Asian theme ceramic or porcelin 2.25"3" tall. 2 of these have small chips out of them last photo. One other single is glass and metal it looks like a ships lantern 2.75" tall. There is one set of blue glass 2" tall, I think these are the oldest they are in very good condition. Last are 2 small metal sets 1.5" tall which need polishing and I can't get the tops off. I inherited these and don't know much else other than they have been boxed up for 40+ years.
